wigan lost because they had a lousy goalkeeper tat doesn't dive to get the ball... of course.. rooney, owen , berba , nani etc. nice game!!

i disagree with your evaluation of nani, i think he had an impressive game. and if you wish to stake your claim to the free-kick taker's role, what better way to go about it?

also, i think valencia showed that he IS a force to be reckoned with at the top level. he went postal on wigan's left wing!

Valencia has been serving some good crosses. He's no Ronlado, but I didn't expect him to be. So far so good.

A great game for Man Utd overall, but I have to say that the first half could have been better.
