Despite his ego, Wiese should be included in the German squad by now. He's an amazing keeper, and tonight he should some of his great keeper reactions. Bremen's offense needs a bit of work though.

Germany showed the Austrians how to make use of convenient shooting situations. The fact that Wiese is also defended as inspired.

Wien had more chances but Wiese was awesome. It was Karma, in Wien Werder played better and should have won easily, but in the last minutes they lost 2 points, this time they got back their points.

very difficult match but in the end werder showed its power and value and scored 2 goals in 2 min putting them in top of the group.

Speaking of lucky, Werder was a classic example there. Wiese saved Werder on a couple of occasions there and got one offside goal which Borowski scored. Goal-line referee? Psst.. It's no use. Blind referees means blind.
