1. How is it possible that such criminal organises and presents conferences about match fixing all around the world without being arrested straight away?

2. Everyone know where this guy lives, there's no mistery abt that! He lives in Singapore in a huge house with greek statues and other amenities, he has been interviewed a couple of times but never got arrested!

3. What's the point of monitoring his moves around the globe if everyone knows who he is and where he lives?

There's something strange in this whole story...
