Awesome preseason game! amazing goals!
What a terrible summer
lol.

Liverpool aint a great club afterall ...
And you are merely judging that by what? this game, the pre season games? Liverpool is a bigger club than Barcelona ever will be.

That is a terrible comment. Barca got trashed 4-1 by Chivas. And since you judge teams on pre season, then Barca aint a great club afterall ...

I dont know @steveex about liverpool being bigger club than Barcelona, I don't know what ways you meant it but here is the cash flow representation:

Top 20 richest football clubs in 2010:

1. Manchester United (total value: $1.835 billion)

anyway, Barsa did play disgusting football against chivas, hopefully it will be fixed by season start!

**Edit for 2011

4. Bayern Munich**
5. Barcelona**
Yea and the great barca gets raped by chivas...its a preseason game not a championship so plz keep those stupid remarks to yourself.
@DownSouth What the hell does money have to do with greatness? Do you think the great legends of the game played wonderfully so that their club would be rich? Barcelona can win the treble this season and they still wont be more than a dust particle. Liverpool in 1970 (one year) was more 3X what Barca is/was/has been since they won their first European Cup till today. I only respect Barca because of Johan Cruijff. Consider yourself grateful that Liverpool wasn't in its best form these few last seasons to annihilate your souls and leave you begging for death.
5 times>4 times

and Craig Bellamy scored against you at the Camp Nou...Craig Bellamy.
oh my gosh, people insta hate. I have much respect for liverpool and i think they will be fantastic this year. please hate on the person not the team they "like." a true barcelona fan isn't this ignorant.
difenders ar slow liverpool need to boost it
Yeah our defense leaves much to b desired...
nothing could of been done about the final goal, it was just a tremendous hit! but yea defender do look to be little slow!
i agree that last goal was cray!! i got faith in our defense they will shape up by season start...hopefully!
God save my team.
why wasn't that cute chick in the stands shown in the highlights?? i'm not too worried about this result though, to me it looked like the team is coming along fine fitness wise
liverpool looked very flat and traditionally slow starters in the first month. they are not sharp at all. reina is not match sharp at all he will need a month to get back to his best. and with the new signings it will take time to gel. think the reds will have defensive woes this season.the old guys carra and gerrad there best days are behind them and should have less games.
If this summer is any indication of what the season will be like, I fear for the Reds.
How do pundits think that LFC will compete for the EPL title this year?! You can drive a bus thru our D & they did nothing to address this problem in the off-season. We have an old Carra, 2 non-EPL caliber jackasses like Skrtel & that total clown named Kyrgiakos (I cannot believe that dude is still at the club! He belongs in a pub league) & a bunch of unproven kids there. Should make for exciting games though cuz we gonna score a lot & let in a lot. We'll be like last year's Blackpool. Our transfer policy this summer resembles that of Real Madrid. Let's buy 10,000 attacking players cuz who gives a s**t about the defense anyway?

My top 10.... keyword "my"
how do u justify liverpool's second finish?
+1
Biggs50, while I admire your optimism, City and United are much more to fear than your anticipate.
+2
I understand your #1, but how in the hell are Liverpool gonna finish above United? Or Arsenal and City for that matter.
Oh Liverpool will silence all the doubters!
Ah lets wait til the beginning of the season shall we?
In my opinion any of the top 5 teams could win it this year
1)Chelsea FC
2)Manchester United
3)Manchester City
4)Liverpool FC
5)Arsenal
awful, just awful.....

as i said before, FA need to give them a drug test, if that was chelsea or Man u i bet liverpool would win.
its a preseason match...not a full Liverpool match...
I don't keep fake hopes, I still believe we have a way to go to get back to what we were as a club.
Cmon we can fix this Reds!
Nice to see Reina back.

Exciting game. Stunning goal from Fellah.
