Are RM coming back from the shadows..? I can't wait for Utd vs Real!! That'll be one heck of a challenge!!
ronaldo seems to favour his left foot alot, something that has improved in his game very quickly, the guy has everything.... hats off

Hes Ronaldo for a reason the best in da world for me. what a show by ozil and dimaria.
the ref didnt call both of the penalties ronaldo could of had 4 goals

1st one was out-muscled, (even he didn't appeal much which is saying something) 2nd one wasn't a pen for me, neither had possession of ball and ronaldo wouldn't have got it even if he didn't touch him.

Overall though Madrid were excellent they played such wonderful stuff. So many great players.

Valencia didn't help themselves by playing so high up the field either.
+2
Respectfully disagree; even in the premiership I think he'd have gotten the first penalty - and the second if he hadn't gotten the first. Being outmuscled inside the box, possession or not, to the extent where you're thrown to the ground, is penalty worthy.

I think his lack of an appeal on the first was just his acceptance of his stature. The majority of other players would have had it called for them.
out-muscled? what...the defender just ran into him...
in or outside the box that is a foul..
For the 2nd one i'm not sure, a collision is a collision, why should advantage go to the forward if he can't even reach the ball? it was too close to the keeper in my opinion.

If its a foul for 2 people running into eachother we'll soon have forwards charging into defenders on purpose then claiming obstruction, then it will be bad for football.

Man United are going to need a lot of luck to get past Real Madrid.

United played very defensively and struggled against Spurs yesterday. I would expect United to play similarly against Madrid because otherwise they will be brushed aside with ease, as Barcelona have done against them in recent years.

Both teams have brilliant attacking players but the difference is that United's midfield is their weak link and defensively you can see them struggling with De Gea, Ferdinand and Rafael.
you mean the same way Barcelona have brushed Chelsea aside with ease in recent years apart from last year when God came down from heaven to help Chelsea.........

I dont think Rafael is struggling.

And no, United has a better midfield than most clubs, it's by no means struggling. Rooney, Kagawa, Young, Valencia, Carrick, Scholes, Giggs, and Anderson all play in midfield. If that is weak, then I don't know what is considered good.
United is not Valencia... come on, Real did well, but Valencia did really really bad... it's different when you have a decent opponent

United have an excellent midfield. Just to name a few middlemen, they have Kagawa, Cleverley, Valencia, Young, Nani, Scholes, Giggs, Carrick, and Anderson. Roo can also drop down and help out, too.

Seems like the Ozil fans have come out in groves to praise Besugo's performance #OzilforeverIheartNo.10zil

plus im gonna give it back dont worry
5-nil hammering! No mercy to Valencia. I think Real is starting to gel just before there Champions League dates against the Red Devils. It's going to be fantastic show down.
ronaldo is best when he is unselfish
no sir.
ronaldo plays good AND plays unselfish when he scores

that was a easy game for madrid
that was a pointless comment
This one is for Ronaldo
344 days left in this year...4 games played 7 goals scored so that means he just need only
92-7= 85 goals in those 344 days of this year and i'm sure he must be playing for that..!!
you kidding , aren't you ?
Ever since Champion's league round of 16 draw have been made all people here are talking about there clash but i don't see any player in Manchester United except Van Persie or Rooney that needs 2-3 players to mark them and Ronaldo will be against Rafael so i don't think k rafael can handle him alone and will definitely need assistance to mark from other players which can be tricky because Higuain,Benzema,Ozil and Di Maria all need more then one player to mark them when they are on song. Madrid players are most lethal attack (probably more then Barcelona)when those player started to combine and this game specially that second goal of the match is a classic example of what it would look like....!!!

Defenders were looking helpless in that goal those through balls & those runs were just awesome..!!!
+1
Valencia didn't help themselves... anyway, i think if united marks ozil or they will have most of the job done... madrid creates better chances when ozil is inspired; without his creativity they just kick the ball hoping for ronaldo to run
i really really feel sorry bout valencia. They fail to control the midfield, thats how the RM attacks came frm....
Dear Real Madrid, Rio and Vida will not be afraid of former teammate Ronaldo. They will respect him but they will not let him play. Also Fergie will block him out the game tactically. We'll have a plan for your orchestrator.
Ok. Jose has Ozil, Di Maria, Higs, Benz, Khedira and Xabi. Good luck stopping all of them.
^Xabi*

We would prefer if you put 2-3 players on Ronnie... Leave everyone else open.
I honestly think United's tactics are always spot on. I don't expect to have too much of a problem with Madrid's attackers. Both teams will carry equal threat because we won't fear Real's defense.
gratz to RM for getting their form back in dis game.but pls lose dat form against us:/nah,i still hope for a good game between the 2 sides.
Counter attacks were ruthless

Ozil is such a talented player!!! we all should thank Ozil for making this game special with a trashed victory over Valencia!!!
