I feel sorry for Suarez when I watch him play for Liverpool this season. Some Liverpool fans don't understand that it's not that Suarez' form is bad at Liverpool right now, it's that he has to do everything by himself because our infallible king Kenny spent all the money on useless British bums.

Why we never gave Aquilani a chance & shipped out Meireles who was without a doubt our best midfielder last season I will never know. Oh right, who needs Meireles when you have the amazing Charlie Adam who had 1 good season in the EPL for... Blackpool.

I also don't get why Dalglish gets such a pass on everything. If we played this way under Hodges or any other manager people would be calling for his sacking by now. In fact, our record under Dalglish now isn't any better than it was under Hodges. It's not even the results, but the way we're playing. People who have very little understanding of football were all gung-ho when we were collecting points at the the start, but a blind bat could see that we were just lucky & that it was all due to the enormous efforts of Suarez. As a team even when we were getting points we had no cohesion or any kind of a style. It was just get the ball to Luis & see if he can fake out 5 players & score. It's also quite clear at this point that Dalglish overspent on overprices, overrated British "talent".

Despite all that every time I listen to ESPN Soccernet podcast they just keep saying give Kenny time, everything will be fine. I know you can't expect any objectivity from Steve Nicol, but the others to the same. I normally am all for patience & I defended Wenger when Arsenal got off to a horrible start, but I just don't see any rhyme or reason in what Kenny is doing at LFC this season. Agger was absolutely right. They do look like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off just running around without any clue. If Suarez goes down with an injury Liverpool is completely screwed.

normal highlights would have been just fine, but thank you!
torito, Rvp,aguero, rooney, gomez are currently better than suarez. some strikers that might be better are dzeko tevez, villa, benz, higuain, eto'o Im not counting messi or ronaldo
Now if only he will do that against Chelsea this week...
the commentary for the 3rd goal is class....only south american commentators would start singing after a player gets a hat trick! God knows what it would of been like if it was 2-2 and suarez scored the winner in the 90th minute, think the commentator would of exploded!

I hate Suarez's personality, and I also lost respect for hime when he robbed Ghana of what they deserved last world cup, but there is no denying that he might be the best forward in the world... I dont mean wing like messi or ronaldo, but just #9 forward.. and hell if we want to compare him to ronaldo or messi, he has been performed club and for his national team, being the best player on a great Uruguay national team.... There's nothing like hearing a commentator love his national team, love it!

What Suarez did last World Cup was really brilliant. I mean he saved Uruguay from elimination, where they went on the get 4th place. A true soccer player would sacrifice himself for his country.

Ghana got their penalty. they robbed themselves

Best striker in the world? Nah, he's quite good, but Higuain cleans the floor with him.
Commentator love his national team? Pons is Argentinean. People really need to get over Suarez's handball at South Africa, I'm really not getting the obsession, it's just another tactical foul that isn't in itself new to the World Cup, I'm not that old and I've seen it done a couple of times, once even against Uruguay (vs. Spain, Italy 90, Ruben Sosa missed his penalty too. Villarroya, who handled the ball, wasn't sent off, the rules called only for a booking at the time). Ghana weren't robbed nor did they deserve anything other than what they got at the World Cup considering their last minute penalty came from a play that should have never happened to begin with: a blatant dive that was dubiously awarded a free-kick followed by at least two unflagged off-sides during the scuffle. Ghana were, figuratively and literally, handed the semifinal on a silver platter.
Higuain and Suarez are very different in there playing style. Honestly i would probably go with suarez on his bad day over higuains. Love the commentators "na, na, na, na..." lol brillant
Exactly! NO RESPECT for SUAREZ!
It's a professional foul!?
NO SUCH THING as professional foul!
If i rape ur mother bcuz she's gonna be raped by 10other men if I dont do so, then am I a professional rapist?!
BRAINLESS!!! FOUL is FOUL! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!

True legends shine in the WC. Messi and Ronaldo will go down in history as nobodies. Who gives a f*** Maradona played for Napoli?

Hahaha... Such a simple retort, yet so funny.
I absolutely love the enthusiasm of Latin American commentators. I've been hearing the extended, exaggerated "gol" yell ever since I was a kid watching Chivas games alongside my old man. I would then compete with little bro to see who could sustain a GOOOOL scream for the longest amount of time.
cavani a world class striker was in the shawdows of suarez, shows how good suarez really is, I'm surprised no other top english team or the spanish giants took him off ajax's hands

In my opinion, if Suarez can improve his goalscoring form for Liverpool he'll be in the top three in the world no doubt

The problem is, he doesn't get support at Liverpool. Poor guy, I literally feel sorry for him. Gerrard can't come back soon enough. How is it that we had Miereles and Aquilani in the summer, and now have to play Charlie Adam every week? 4-4-2 is dead, we need to start playing 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1

10turan, can't agree more. Some Liverpool fans don't understand that it's not that Suarez' form is bad at Liverpool, it's that he has to do everything by himself because our infallible king Kenny spent all the money on useless British bums.
