its nice that were playing some young players
Mexico the best !
someone tell me what was up with all those subs mexico started to do in the 2nd half

P.S or did they just not take it serious and wanted to see who could play in a match ?
What are you talking about??? They sub in Gio and that other guy... I forgot his name but they were putting in good players...
Yeah Gio he started in the actual final and not a sub, i guess they were just seeing who could play good under pressure

Good finish from Peralta while off balance, US's equalizes is quality!
Klinssmennnn!

Special K...
both teams were very lucky not to lose this game. for the first 60 minutes, mexico controlled the game and could have had more than just that one goal. after the US goal, mexico let up a lot of goal scoring opportunities, and were on three ocassions, to escape to penalty calls and a straight red (that call still baffles me, how could ANY REF not give a straight red to that?). agudelo, brek shea, and rogers all look to be a great future for the US. shea and agudelo MUST start.

How did the US not get any of the two penalties or the red card on Torrado?!

The ref got in the way...
Klinsman at the helm will really benefit US soccer. We need someone who understands how the game SHOULD be played to teach our players how to play real football.

And real football has arrived... Thank you Bayern Munich and Germany... :)
if samir nasri leaves i reckon gurdado is an excellent replacement, young, quick, technical and CHEAP just how wenger likes em. did chichi and vela play btw??
and why was marquez's goal cancelled??
The goal wasn't disallowed. It hit side netting...never went in

Guardado will be a free agent in like 6 months so who knows what might happen.

and no chicharito is still out due to a concussion, and Vela wasn't called up, no one knows why because vela has had a pretty good pre-season with arsenal.
Unfortunately... The Transfer Window is closing...
horrible ref just as bad as the world cup game last year u.s. should of won

Please don't remind me of that day...
This rivalry is my favorite..even though i support both NT's (mexico more i will admit). it's one of the few rivalries that still get's me very excited, compared to the argentina/brazil or something else.

the score was fair, torrado deff deserved a red card..he never learns *sigh*

Actually, he did what he should have done. The ref should have red carded him tho.

But it doesn't matter too much, both teams experimented a bit and the score was somewhat representative of the game, even if USA should have gotten a penalty and Mex red.

Lucky finish but still brilliant...
Clenbuterol Ochoa had a great game!
This a great rivalry, its too bad Canada isn't up there in standings, but good goals for both teams, mexico had nice one and happy for them, and USA had good play and goal good for there fans, and Jurgen Klinnsman(spelled wrong), excited and happy for him
USA still has a loooong way before I would consider them a good team. I see the improvements but I don't see the class.. still a young team (not age but experience wise)
Brazil baby mark my words Brazil!
How could we have a "loooong way" to go when we've been in all World Cups in the last two decades... Defeated the undefeated Spain during the Confederations Cup... Went to the finals... Was in the Quarter Finals during a World Cup... And so on...

And I'm sorry but class doesn't win Trophies... Goals does...

The USA doesn't have a "loooong way" to go... For you personally yes but in reality... The US is knocking on the front door of top ten in the world... It'll happen sooner than you think...
