Were they playing on the field from The Big Green?

that pitch was terrible

Lol at the sudden stop of the ball movement. Reminds me of highschool football.

I said it before, I'll say it again. Cristiano Ronaldo is the best player in the world!

I watched the game, the only player who suffered more than Ronaldo was Di Maria, poor guy just couldn't figure out how to take the ball from one place to next...

Yeah, I felt really sorry for him the few time he try to Sprint down the left, HAha
you can go swimming on that field...

What happened to Ronaldo's eye? Didn't see the match, and the video doesn't show anything.

That pitch was awful. These conditions usually help the less capable team because it makes all the elaborate stuff more difficult, things that make the difference like quick and accurate passing, dribbling skills, shifting patterns and formations, etc. Looks like Real Madrid struggled but pulled it off. Good for them and keeps the league interesting.

He was sandwitched between two Levante players who went for a header, Ronaldo didnt go for it, so he caught one of the defenders elbow... It looked pretty nasty, started bleeding!! But kudos to him, he stayed and played till half time!
And still manage to score a goal
wow .. i used to hate Ronaldo for his attitude .. but now i've got only respect for him after seeing this ..

First time not seeing Ronaldo finish a 90 minute game, understandable. I really think he deserves to win Balon Dor.

Watching Cristiano getting hit one the eye with the elbow really hurts. You might hate the guy, but Cristiano deserves all of the worlds respect and credit for his passion, dedication and heat to the beautiful sport of Football. He was in pain because of his shoulder against Barca and scored, last night he was hit on the eye and still continued to play and even scored. I got nothing but respect for Ronaldo.
