Frankly, the sooner that AVB leaves the better. His system is overly complicated and requires too much strategic thinking when the players need to be playing. That is the reason they, like Chelsea last year, look lackadaisical. I've seen this in many sports and the answer is simplification. A focus on basics and a simpler strategy done extremely well. AVB is too fixated on a strategy that doesn't fit the talent he has and is unlikely to change.

So AVB getting fired by mid season and Tottenham to win the EPL after that?!
