Well played Spurs. Good to see Thorne and Dawson get a game. Really hope Spurs qualify for CL. They play some good football.
spurs are EPL's Barca
there is a new top 4 in the league.. city and tottenham will stay in top four this season..

i wanted to vote spurs as rubbish based on defoe's hair alone. but the finish, wow!
+1
spurs r on it this season
Spurs are top quality ever since Scott Parker joined. Don't really fancy sandro or santos decent backups I suppose. Shame Lennon is always injured. But I think defoe, Adebayor and VDV are spurs best option up top. pavlyuchenko always looks lost out there.
Sandro has looked better on several occasions this season, usually during games when we have to hang on for the points. He is still young though and it's awesome that Parker is there for him to learn from.

I agree though, Pav usually looks lost lol

true strikers goal...always knowing where the goal is even when your back is turned
+2
good result, you could always rely on Defoe, every striker miss some but Adebayor have a lot of skill but does not have the finishing and also lacking some confidence, it we have a player like Robin van Persie the score line would have been at least 5, when he has the ball in the area he almost guaranteed to score.
+1
adebayor is like suarez they offer so much more than scoring on a football pitch ... dont worry they will get it right hope Spurs can win their next match and be level on points with Manu ..! ^_^

I agree with you,in the last few year Tottenham where never a striker team but if your in top four spot & title contenders you need to score and adebayor is not so good at doing that.
Nice goal by Chris Brown :)
haha legend :)
Chris Brown's a knob, Defoe would bitch slap that sissy.

Damn spurs are on fire atm
WBA played a rough game. 14 fouls and now Gallas and Sandro are gonna be out long term. Not to mention livermore, we'll need him to step up whenever he returns. What a blow...
Welcome to the reality of a proper North London footballing team
can anybody told me why Gio Dos Santos is not playing?
cos he's s**t. who would you drop for dos santos. all he does is drink and party
+1
It's hard not to feel discouraged when your manager treats you as nothing more as a fringe player. However, even if Harry dealt with him in the wrong fashion, Gio is at fault for not having the drive to keep competing. He is s**t :/
Santos is a Mexican and most Mexican are lazy.
@Nassar: ... Hey watch your words you ignorant blonde wanna-be skank! ... Nassar? That sounds Arabic to me, look who is talking, last time I checked 97% of Arab countries are still in the 11th century ....BC! That doesn't sound very hard working to me. Mexico ranks the 14th economy in the world, land of warriors and hard working people you ignorant. Read a little and get your facts straight, Dos Santos is Brazilian descent naturalized Mexican ... Duh idiot! ... Perhaps his irresponsible party side came from the Brazilian side not the Mexican (no offense Brazilian friends) ... just look at what happened to the Ronaldo's, they both destroyed their careers due to heavy partying, etc. (Brazil ranks 6th in the world FYI).

Please, do yourself 2 favors: 1) if you don't know soccer do not pretend you do and 2) If you are not a real blonde don't pretend to be one either, obviously you don't respect other cultures not even yours...
^bitchhhhh modeeee
this match does not help harry with his striker situation atll. defoe VDV and adebayor all played very well.i was amazed 3-4 times when vdv tracked his man back like a winger(never seen him do tat).
+1
Adebayor was s**t for most of the game. Never mind shots on target, he didn't have a single shot in the game! He was also offside and lost possession many times. Fatigue could be a reason.
+1
Jermaine should defoenitely be in the starting line-up. He's a great player and proved it today!
have you watched him play, i have been following this team all season and janus defoe is a complete hash of a player. Poor positioning lack of elite skill, cannot wait until he is sold.
defoe is one of our best strikers pbviously you know very little about Spurs :/
at 13-30 i couldn't believe my eyes seeing VDV chasing back and winning the ball of odinwingie, that's saying something about the team and how there willing to fight for everything and help out each other.

And R.I.P to the fan who lost his life during the game.
+4
They had 9 players on the pitch. Two of their players were receiving treatment at the time.

R.I.P
If VDV let that one go, the move could've ended as a goal. Very important defensive work from VDV when we had 9 on the pitch.
he won possesion back 3-4 times by tracking back his man...it was weird watchin him do that. the thing is he has fitness concerns when he isnt tracking back(usual style). so this change in style will increase his workrate badly....gotta look out for tat one arry.
i thought VDV was doing very well this match chasing them down he is improving at this club more then real madrid very happy to see that

respect to the man that died. at least he died doing what he loved, watching the spurs kick butt :) R.I.P
