I agree with xpshawn. Very nice seeing us play against one of the best teams in the world, although the performance was poor. Looked like there were lots of reserve players in the game (Sanyang, Gomez, White, and was that Marco "crappy" Velez who was to blame for the fifth goal?), so no surprise we were pretty much killed. Now if only we could get permanent grass...no one at TFC (the fans, the players, the staff) like the turf, but it's still there :(

The guy who scored for us is pretty much an academy player with very little experience, so not too surprising he was so pleased. If De Rosario or Vitti or Guevara or Robinson had scored I'm sure the celebrations wouldve been subdued.

Fair play to Madrid though, you showed our team how to play football. But Ronaldo getting booed brings a smile to my face :)

great game to watch even when your team gets toyed with... shows TFC is getting bigger when it can entertain teams like madrid. think we have a ways to go ebfore we can pose a challenge though.
