I think the flick form sturridge would not have gone in if wes brown hadnt touched it. It looked like it was coming of the post.\
I could be wrong but thats what it looks like.
I thought the same too. but on close inspection, the ball was on its way in after it hit the post.
I hope Brown's balls are okay?
very nice match from chealce and them attch and eat sunderland from first mintes ... nad sturridge goal is wonderful finsh
the rate at which torres is detoriating is amazing, faster than the speed of light wow
This is one of the most stupid comments I've seen, not because of the way Torres is playing, but because of your comparison to the speed of light.
Chelsea are coming back slowly... by winter time they will get their groove back... top 3 with city and united
yeah, it appears so. We've only dropped points to Stoke so far, and right now Stoke are looking good, that the point was a good result for us. I'd rather finish strong, than finish weak. I think the new signings have really picked the team up.
hey guys,
Most of u think that Torres is a bullshit now, But freinds, i think we must give him some time.Torres comes from a team whose game was based on intelligent passing & quick running while chelsea beleives in holding the possession & pressing & then, creating the chances of goals. So, its a complete conflict of the game types. This is the reason 50 million beast is so calm,But we can see Mata & meireles can bring rescue to our lad.So, plz keep faith in him.....Torres will fire & once he started ..there will be no stop for him.& I know most of u vl ask WHEN?............very very soon blues very soon.. :)

Cheeers for chelsea till death :D

Chelsea are improving but still look a little vulnerable at the back with the offside trap their employing this season, mainly because of a lack of pace at centre back
I agree with this too.
I've been on the "Torres will get his form back, just give him time" boat ever since the lad came over. But I'm honestly getting sick of this drama. His presence is more of a distraction than an addition. I don't care that he's only been here for a short amount of time, I think it's time to put him on the market. We don't need him. Sturridge, Lukaku, Anelka, Drogba, Kalou. Bam.
not so fast bud. What has he, key word he, done today to incite such anger? He was benched for anelka and couldnt benefit from the decent service that chelsea FINALLY got. in all honesty the way he's been playing he would have played better than anelka
If Chelsea wanted to sign a striker that can't score, then surely Heskey would of been the cheaper option?.. Anyway, good game from Chelsea, Mata is fantastic and Sturridge is looking very sharp, when Drogba gets back (anybody know how long he's out for?) then Drogba and Sturridge partnership :)

Fernando torres...the boy played his first game of the season and has already grabbed a goal!(Please learn from him) Brilliant display by Chelsea, and though the score might not do them justice, their individual and team play proved to be more than enough. Sunderland have some work to do but they aren't a bad team. Good luck against the reds chelsea! That is going to be a thriller of a match!
Dong-Won Ji!!!
