Because he can't play 90min every game and Reja (Lazio's manager) preferes to have him in a good condition next Sunday.
Unfortunately Italian teams underestimate the importance of Europa League and never play with the best team to get better results in Serie A(Udinese left their best player on the bench almost the whole game against Celtic)

We were cleary superior in the first half, even with ten men the way we suffered was amazing. I've never seen such commitment in the past 10 years! Yes, Lazio could have won, but we survived and we are top of the group!

By the way, it's always great to watch Klose score, what a legend!
