Well played by MacGregor. Without him it would have been much worse, but in all, Scotland's defense did good work for the onslaught. Spain should have done better. Scotland came really close

wow scotland almost made an upset here.. villa is in dip of form.. but wow llorente is awesome.. very clinical in front of goal. pique and puyol were also not very solid in this game. but xabi alonso's passes are still yummy!

Scotland played really well and stood tall in front of world giants. They should be really proud of this game even though they lost. Best game of Euro 2012 qualifiers yet. Well Done Scotland!

Spain plays accurate passes long and short, and they strike with ease, but the OG from Pique almost gave them 1 instead of 3 pts. Scotland was impressive on the counters but couldn't capitalize on the few chances they had. And the Scotland GK, WOW! Fantastic saves in every part of the box. I hope to see Scotland do better in the next match.
