Might get one..just to see how it goes.
all of the players who whine bout the ball need to studies japan's freekicks ( brilliant 30yarder )....and for the keeper,ask enyama how to save messi's bullet....nuff said...they only need to train more with the ball then there will be no problem....
MLS clubs have been using the Jabulani this season. That's why Landon Donovan's deliveries have been so much better than everyone elses !
Who's the scientist anyway? anonymous?
There is no problem... problem solved!
So commoners will buy the ball and try out the impossible.
What the f**k? What's the difference??
actually , as is everything in materialistic world is about money, so is ball change simply to promote adidias and sell its product , nothing else...
truth
According to your thinking,all this dispute is all for Nike then? the main competitor. Materialistic world huh?
I agree that it's pointless to change the ball every couple of years....what are they trying to accomplish exactly? more goals? The problem is not the ball itself, but the stupid decision to unveil it so close to the WC, except to Germany apparently.
Germany got to play with the ball for 5months, that's because its adidas and we all no where there from lol
oh well, it's not the Germans' fault that Nike is the sole provider for EPL.
Too bad, and the German clubs can "choose" which ball they wanna play with!
@StefanJay,
Changing the ball is just to make every single world cup a special one.
It has always been like that.
Or maybe you like to see the same ball every 4 yrs, idk. but it's just you. Most viewers don't enjoy it.
When it comes to your country hosting the WC, don't you want the best, newest, coolest ball for that summer?
@Rob12,
And do you know that adidas actually worked with a British University to develop the ball? OMG, just because it's adadas doesn't mean it's 100% German.
In addition, don't blame the ball, British goalies have this consistency of under-perform.
i just dont understand why they need to keep changing the ball: "OH! the newest technology!" its just a ball. s**t. make a nice, round ball, and play some football. I just dont think that a sphere needs renovation each year. especially if its going to make all the "athletes" whine about it.
I don't think the problem is on the newest technology. It's on the possible, insufficient time in testing the ball on the pitch.
seems like many players (goalies^^) have problems which the ball. too many shots are way too high! that s not normal.
