Watching: Greuther Furth came back from behind to defeat Schalke 2-1 at the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen. After a lacklustre first half Michel Bastos broke the deadlock in spectacular style. The Brazilian winger, making his debut for Schalke, hit a stunning left footed shot from the edge of the area. The lead didn’t last long though; Felix Klaus struck from close range from a Nikola Djurdjic cross. Djurdjic himself scored the winner for the visitors with the last touch of the game, heading the ball in from close range.
