I think an Italian manager would do well in La Liga as the lower half teams defend as if they are doing it against their will. La liga may produce more goals but is certainly less competitive not only thanks to the dominance of Real and Barca and the hapless defending abilities of the other teams but also where the money flows and the fact that many of the teams sell their stars to Real and Barca.
