Initially I thought it was a foul but after a close look, the goal is clean. Green was over the line so the foul on him was not inside the field of play. However the ref shouldnt have seen that from his perspective. Maybe he thought Green was due a silly own goal. Since goalkeepers are protected most of the time, he should've pushed the player to draw the ref's attention

that was poor goal keeping by Greene! (no surprise) if the player pushes you, push the f**k back for fucck's sakes!! and don't tap the ball in, tap it OUT! JEEZ! Basic Goalkeeping 101!
