Man City need a manager with a stronger bigger ego than the players. Only then will they gel because they will have the belief.
Strong def and GK on Birmingham, Man City can't handle them....
City hate (the light blue, oil rich version) is starting to become as annoying as United hate (the red and white--or green and yellow if oyu like--traditional kind). Nothing will appease haters but instant success. Which is just not going to happen. City have had wholesale changes since the Sheik starting raining cash on them; even superstars need time to gel, to get to know one another's playing style. It's one thing to bring in a top rated player and have him learn a tried and true system that needs some holes filled. But what Mancini inherited was not a team, but a roster, albeit a very deep, rich and highly touted roster. But you've got to give it time; the system Mancini has put in place is weak because the cohesion between the players is weak. They need balance, which they are beginning to establish in a very defensive manner: as highlighted by their last two matches; they were strong in defense, but lacking in offensive spirit. At least against Birmingham they showed some quality up front; they just didn't have the luck of finding the net to go with it.

This time last season Sparky had only two less points than Mancini's Man City do now. And with anymore ridiculous subsituions don't expect him to be around much longer!
nt cool
Top 4? Not this season either IMO.
I love it.

Linekar: "Not quite there to challenge their neighbours"
Lawrenson: "NO".

Epic.

BEST COMMENT EVA!
0-0 for the second time in a row.. and they have a lot of strikers.. i wish bellamy is still in there.. he is definitely missed. i can't believe mancini let him go after what he did last season. and what was he thinking when he sent off tevez and play with santa cruz as a lone striker. i think cruz is more suitable when he had someone to supply him like tevez and silva. not a holding midfielder like barry. nice play birmingham!

boo mancini..better back to italy..boring game so far.nothing special for city...never be a champion.(really miss bellamy, tevez and adam tio in field)

he's not out for now..yet a lot of money from mansour to be spent...oo mansour, come on give your money !!
I've always said he's hopeless. I find him and Rafa overrated managers. I'm gonna be criticised since they've won titles, but they're no where as good as the best, think Arsene Wenger, Sir Alex, Mourinho, Franck Rijkaard, Marcello Lippi, Carlos Ancellotti. Anyone who tries fitting the 2 jokers within there have gotta be kidding me.
terrible performance from Man City..with all the fantastic talent
they have, but still under-performed.
Good work by Birmingham.
geat blues!!!our defence was like the previous season
Good for you fake Manchester, driving for that nil nil draw! Hahahaha Mancini is quite a fool.

i wouldnt be talking if i was u...manchester united was lucky against astinvilla.
Did you EVEN f*****g watch the video?

They praised SAF's tactical change from a chasing game and did well. How much more do they need to lay it on a plate for all you dumbasses?
I'm gonna have to agree. Sir Alex is way better than Mancini can ever hope to be. He's not a winner, not like Sir Alex who has many more honours. Instead of winning titles, he steals titles from teams who are accused of fraud. Pitiful indeed, Man City needs a new manager
I'm starting to believe that we do need a new boss. Not bad from City though..had our chance but could not finish. It happends to the best clubs..We should come out in the top 4.
