Liverpool needed to finish alot better in this game, they had a few chances especially headers from Kuyt, he should have finished that one when he was un marked, easily would being win for them at Anfield. Too bad for them, but good for Stoke get draw away with those blue jerseys away.

Andy caroll reminds me of drogba 6-7 years ago. He wasn't the most skillful nor the fastest player back then. But he had strength and willingness. And in a few years he was on of the best strikers in epl(back then). I realize it's tough to imagine caroll with the same future. But hey- you never know.

I got really frustated with liverpool fc..Seriously, I really dont understand what dalglish is doing with the team...Liverpool fc really need to buy a world class striker,a pace & fast winger ,a creative player who can really support upfront otherwise They will not reach the top four..

When Carrol plays it seems that Liverpool is playing with 10 men lol , he doesn't really participate in any attacking build up , he just stands there and heads the ball somewhere .Liverpool really needs a good striker , even someone like Louis Saha should do .

Yes we do have potentials to win matches but im afraid we do not have the potentials to reach our goal like top 4. We do try to win our matches but imo we do not create enough chances and thats not good enough we MUST have better results.

There are a lot of silly comments on here, mainly by our own fans. Questioning Dalglish's knowledge in the transfer window, when you're forgetting the quality he snapped up in his first managerial reign at Anfield.

We're only 12 months in to Kenny's return to the throne, and only half way through the season. Give him time!

I agree Liverpool shouldn't be 7th in the Premier League, but that just shows how tough the league has become over the past few years. I don't blame Dalglish at all for this.

There have been very few games where we've deserved to drop points. The players are working harder and we are/have been without key players (Suarez, Gerrard, Lucas). The hunger is there, and we are still a work in progress.

The problem is that half the team are lacking confidence. Carroll and Downing are the main victims. Henderson has shown us glimpses of his quality and we'll see it again when he gains confidence too.

Dalglish knows what he is doing, and with Steve Clarke behind him it can only mean good things. We're a much better team this season than we were last season, and we will keep improving in time.

Get behind our players and not on their backs; we are yet to hit top form and not before long it'll be like a breath of fresh air when we're taking our chances and scoring for fun.

Am I crazy or are half the other commenters watching a different match? Liverpool created plenty of chances and even Andy Carrol can say he had a decent game Stoke fouled us all over the place as usual and were very fortunate to not see a penalty or a red card
secondly stoke had almost no chances whatsoever. It was the typical disappointing result weve been getting this year but all the same it shows the potential that we have
