you know why he didn't score? because in the big game, there is man marking on him...because they knows that losing mark on him will be sooooooo dangerous. But take note, he made a lot of amazing passes to those who scored. Means, he is not only a great forward but also a great playmaker!
TMLTFC..yeah i know he played well..but he rarely scored a goal agaisnt a team which have a great defence...
messi is good..but do you all realise all the goals he score are agaisnt teams which are not so good?Agaisnt big club, its going to either villa or iniesta.

did you not watch el clasico? messi was the gateway to all of barca attacks, he assisted on at least 3 goals, you dont always have to be the one putting the ball in the net to be making an impact..

He was pointing out that the goals aren't scored by Messi in the big matches, not that he doesn't play well in them. That said, he did score at the Bernebau in last season's El Classico, but he failed to score against Inter over 2 legs
I wonder who scored ??hmmmhmmm Messi or Villa, biscuit boy or lepricon man, oh yes it's messi two goals and assist. Messi you proved yourself in the spanish league, even when you travel like common people, or by foot you are the best player ibecause you're in barca, so i suggest you go to Aston Villa, and if you win the league with them i'll say you're better than Maradona and every player that walked on the pitch, or you could go to Napoli that's your choice, because right now you play in the team with almost best players in every position so it's easier for you to be the best player when you have almost the best players around you and that's why spanish league is only a two team race because you've got the all the money, tv rights and history

Why can't you just accept that he's a good player?
Someone is a HATER! I don't know why people take time out of their life to write stuff like this..like if you dont like him its ok..but to say hes a bad player is being ignorant
ahaha the second goal, messi is so fast, he's faster with the ball then the defender without it
They never cease to amaze me with their passing...its like every Barca player can read eachother's minds - the amount of heel flicks and through balls (that work) is ridiculous
a vital win after the 'air strike' drama
I wonder if Mesi realizes he is rewriting history. Watching Barca gives me the feeling that they are more in cohesiveness than Real Madrid. Guardiola has his starting 11 as oppose to Mourinho who is still trying to find a starting squad, it seems. Edan Aharony
that first tackle by pedro or whoever in Barca's box, wasa clear foul and penalty. He didn't play the ball (wasn't shielding it or anything)
It wasn't that bad, it was a shoulder charge, but it may have been a bit rough. To call it a clear penalty - especially since you're used to the physical play of the EPL, is a little silly IMO.
He kept his hands down and used his body to recover the ball.
It was a blatant penalty. He knocked him over in the box.
Messi's second goal was BRILLIANT! the more i watch it the more i am amazed at how, with one touch, he beats two defenders AND the goalkeeper....then finishes cool, calm, and collected. Class player and a classy pass to set it up too. F*&%$%
exactly
barca is so sharp right now. they consistently make it look easy; you don't see that too much lately. i'll be waiting for the next time you guys make ronaldo bitch and cry.

You're indeed THE best team in the world at the moment!! the time will come when they'll start losing. There is a start of every GREAT organization and there is a fall. I hope its Madrid who will stop Barca. I know Madrid is very young team..but give a time.

Good Win Barca!!
Barcelona's chemistry is unmatched in La Liga... the stars perform like stars, the others work up to par and deliver with beautiful team work.

Madrid have a lot of work to do, as they are slowly making stride with their stars and getting the others involved with sleek plays. Once Madrid learns to defend against solid teams like Barcelona, then will they possibly have a chance to win the season!

Madrid moves the ball up the pitch on attacks with amazing speed and timing, Barcelona holds ball possession like legends, and their passing caliber is outstanding with a slower paced attack and promising plays on goal.

Kudos to Barcelona.
