some silly errors from the s korean side, shame nigeria wasn't able to qualify

good luck to korea, i hope korea can improve, especially on defensive errors and go far in the tournament

South Korea needs to rid themselves of these silly defensive errors if they are to stand a chance against Uruguay.

Both goals were practically gift-wrapped to the Nigerians.

Yakubu, Yakubu HowTF did u miss? Great strength by Odiah in the first goal. I think Nigeria, is one of the unluckiest teams on this tournament. First pretty good game against Argentina( the lowest loser team against them), then stupid foul By Kaita against Greece and red card, and now huge miss by Yakubu.
Oh and Uche, please come back to WISŁA KRAKÓW !! ;)

i want to say i was very proud to be Korean. Uruguay is going to be a next victim of Double Dragon KI and LEE. U guys just dont want to admit that we were the second best from the groups.

Oi. I am Korean as well and I'm proud about the team's success too, but I think that YOU are the one who needs to look back and admit that Koreans might be the next victim of Uruguay.
It is good to be patriotic, but it cannot be an excuse to take others opinions lightly and look down. Your comment is just letting others to make fun of Koreans.

uruguay WILL be beaten.
after keeping three clean sheets, they are due for a goal.

and being patriotic is different than being optimistic.
it's not that koreans (such as i, haha @Frogger) don't stand a chance. they really do. we will prove that the asians are worth more than what ppl believe.

Although Koreans did advance to the next round, Nigerian team did better this game. (I gave Koreans 'lucky' mark this game.)
When all missed goal scoring opportunites by both teams are counted, I'd rather say Nigeria was able to advance. Before the game started, I assumed that Korea would win by 2-1, or 1-1 draw at least. Shame for both teams' defenders. There were way too many goal-scoring chances. Although both teams' attackers missed no. of opportunities especially Nigerians missed more than a few during the 2nd half.

I'm a bit worried about Koreans as they are facing Uruguay. If they play like in this game when they face Uruguay, they will be definitely outclassed. Their play against Greece was great but it seems they cannot keep the pace after that.
Anyway this game was a good one to watch. Good job done by South Korea. Hope they can show a better and more exciting game against Uruguay. I long to watch the game. Really. :)
