hard macth for newcastle good win against a good team
Spurs fans.. do you think Giovanni Dos Santos will play this season?
I'm expecting Newcastle to be quite a handful this season. I wouldn't be surprised if they finish in the top 4 to get a champions league berth this year.

Chelsea match doesnt count, its very early and they won a penalty in it.

Good match up, Spurs jerseys look fresh and like them, so do newcastle's but still like there last years better, but bale and defoe got unlucky with posts in first half which was unfortunate for them and hurt them from getting any points. Ba got a fantastic goal, maybe I'll chose him over Cisse in dreamfooty, but good shot, Defoe scrambled one in to tie it up and then Ben Arfa got the penalty to win it for them. Should be a good season.
There was no corner for Newcastle prior to the goal... how many times will the refs fk it up
If you mean the penalty..... Are you blind? there was a clear defection off Tiote's shot.
I actually think Tottenham shaded it in terms of overall play and chances but Newcastle were clinical and resilient... A very good game
I'm a Newcastle fan, very happy with the win. We didn't play at our best, but were well organised, kept possession reasonably well and took our chances when they came along.

I was actually pretty impressed with the way Spurs approached the game. It was a tight game, very tactical for a Premier League game. They pressed high up the pitch making it difficult for Newcastle to progress into the Spurs half, and the pace of Bale and Lennon was a great outlet.

Another striker and a bit more creativity in midfield and I think Spurs look good.

Newcastle need to keep the team together until the window closes.
You wont lose anyone,we might lose another player aside from Modric but we have to add desperatley
Who's been voting Spurs as rubbish? They had a solid game, and it could have gone either way.

Adebayor is the Premier League whore.
One of the most entertaining matches of the weekend, Pardew got a lil bit too emotional when they didn't get the right call lol but at least he apologized.
Great start of the season for us!.. good to see Demba Ba back on the score sheet.

HOWAY THE LADS.
