tbh, its hard to say... imo. it could go either way theres like slight contact. but the way he goes dont just doesnt help. so either he "tries" to avoid but loses balence or he does try get the pen, but failed

i think he just lost balance, hernandez isn't the type to dive in the box as soon as some one touches him.

When I saw it in real time it looked like a dive... But when I saw the slow-mo reply there does seem to be contact made but the way he falls afterwards just doesn't help. Regardless of the way he fell I think it should have been a penalty (if there actually was contact as it seems like to me). BUT, Newcastle should of been awarded a penalty as well right before the end of the first half.

Oh and also Rooney should have been awarded a penalty after his shot was blocked by the defenders hand.

Horrible comments, for a horrible performance. Man U were pathetic and deserved all the harsh comments they got. Both Nani's and Chicharito's dives deserved yellows. I don't care what Ferguson says, Chicharito performed a clear cut dive. Thank you for dropping points Man U :D

Sure the way Chicha fell was very exaggerated but there was clearly contact, unfortunately he was judged on the way he fell and not on the actual contact.

Either way Newcastle were also denied a penalty (no yellow though) as well as Rooney after a defender blocked an outside shot with his hand, yea lets not forget those two incidents.
