Watching: Marseille came from 2-1 down to win 3-2 at home to Montpellier, André-Pierre Gignac with a stoppage-time winner as OM closed to within a point of leaders Olympique Lyonnais. Marseille took the lead in the 14th minute with a fine team goal finished off by Jordan Ayew. Montpellier required only three minutes to get back on terms, Emmanuel Herrera converting his first chance of the game. Montpellier went in front 11 minutes into the second period when Rémy Cabella cut inside from the right and found Utaka, the Nigerian with time to take a touch in the area before sliding it between Mandanda's legs. Elie Baup's side equalised ten minutes from time through Jordan Ayew, set up by a low cross from the right delivered by his brother André. Gignac popped up with a potentially priceless winner in the title race. Montpellier defender Daniel Congré's attempted backheel clearance of a Valbuena pass rebounded off Gignac and the centre-forward finished with aplomb.
