Ando full with confidence
RVP MAD RESPECT
What? Man U hasnt lost a match fram a newly promoted side since 11 years? Wrong data. How about Burnley?
They haven't lost a HOME game to a newly promoted side.

Ditto!
Yeah, I wanted to delete this comment, sorry, you folks.
Wait, what the f**k is Ditto, I don't know this world because i'm from Czech Rep, please translate
also I would like footytube to explain these stats to me.. as practically every other site has west ham´s posession down as over 40 % and almost twice as many shots as you list..

Who scored.com calculates possession by # of passess not by how long your rugby team keeps the ball in the air.

22 shots for west ham? Give me f*****g break, you did f**k all in terms of shots, im struggling to remember the 11 you have been given credit for.

^ This...is a little something most people refer to as ownage lol
where did you get 22 shots from? I never said that. Well done for lazily referring to West Ham as a Rugby team. You obviously haven´t seen many West Ham games this season but have read some lazy journalism and stated it as fact. Yes West Ham do at times play the long ball to good effect, especially away from home. Nothing wrong with that. A newly promoted side without the millions to spend like Manchester United the way we play is common sense. Alternatively we could have tried to play like QPR and Southampton and be in the relegation zone, as it is we mix it up, long balls when needed and the passing game when needed and the result is we are in the top half of the table (not bad when many had us down as relegation favourites)

And by the way... only spotty little pre pubescent twats without a girlfriend use words like ownage. Just thought I would point that out.
and the facts are West Ham had 45 % posession and 12 shots with 3 on target.. not the 1 listed.. just pointing it out because footytube seems to have a love in with the bigger teams.
Footytube doesnt generate the stats, and 2x10 is 20, rounded up to 22.
West Ham deserved at least a point from this game. Manchester United created very little in fact I doubt they will create fewer chances against any other team this season at Old trafford. I see 1 or 2 posters are pointing at Juuskailainens saves. Are you serious? These were routine saves for a goalkeeper. If he let any of them in you would be saying what a terrible goalkeeper. Manchester united were restricted to mosltly long range efforts.

As for the goal it was a complete fluke. Like the pundits say. His first touch is a fluke, and then the deflection. You would be hard pressed to see a luckier goal all season.

Towards the end the Hammers could have done a bit better with their finishing to take home a deserved point. Anyway, many positives to take from this game. I feel confident we can beat Chelsea this weekend.

Deserve a point for f*****g what? Disgrace.

You had Horse as your main striking option and you expect to deserve something? You got exactly what you deserved. A loss on the road.
If RvP didn't score in the 33rd second, United would have pushed for a goal and scored one regardless, don't be ridiculous and stop being a little girl about it.
deserved a point for restricting manchester united to long range shots and creating the best chances in the game. If that doesn´t deserve a point then I don´t know what does. But no complaints because it was up to us to put away our chances.
deserved a point when all your team was doing was parking the bus and hoofing the ball in the box
Best chances but only got one on target, nice try.

Van persie did a bergkamp move and a cool deflection :)

it wasn´t a Bergkamp move, it was a complete fluke. He didn´t even know where Reid was. Bergkamps goal was pure genius as he knew exactly where the defender was because he was tight to him. You wont see a luckier goal all season.

just like the cool goal bale scored for liverpool
I have to say it was nowhere near what bergkamp did, but he improvised quite well.
He tried to control the ball but it came too quick for him so it bounced up, but the way it did this was enough to get clear of the defender and with a strikers instinct he was able to quickly latch onto it and lob it.

Bergkamp did it for fun and he's done it numerous times in the past, not just the one fluke time that rvp showed in this game. Good goal either way.
What an insult to one of the greatest premier league goals ever scored.

"Bergkamp move" ???

He got a lucky bounce and a lucky deflected shot...

Fabby

A lob ???? It took a huge deflection.. the shot was going straight at the keeper... complete fluke
"Man Utd have not lost a home game to a newly promoted side for 11 years" who comes up with these statistics? That has got to be the most pointless one I have ever heard.
sour grapes lol

They've got to say something while we play our timid pass-the-parcel game, haven't they? ;) J/k, we looked much better here with Ando and Clev over Giggs and Scholes, but it'll take time to properly gel of course.
A bit of Dennis Bergkamp magic there for RVP. The touch and the aim for the goal was there but the deflection wasn't. But after all the work he did to make him self clear to strike, the the deflection becomes part of the plan anyway. I always admired this guy even when he was scoring against us....he's just a talent that can be only born but not made. Henrik Larsson, Ruud Van Nistelrooy and Robin Van Persie were the best signing SAF did in these modern days of football.
well haters can say RVP's goal was lucky, but that flip n turn wasn't easy at all. he knew where's the defender, how close was him, where's the ball, n he just calmly swifted away from reid who missed the ball-bouncing timing, took his shot, ofcourse with a big deflection from collins. like it or not, he crafted n earned his goal well. truly world-class striker.

west ham gave us hard time. but luckily we have a promising reliable keeper to count on when defenders are sloppy at times, especially the cole's 5 yards shot. good signs of form n confidence, down go west ham, reading here we come!!!

how old are you mate ?
so lucky
how in d world chicha playing in starting eleven..i like this guy but welbeck is beter in starting line up as he is linking very well with ...chicha is best when d intensity of game so high..use him as secret weapon..
at times i would think chicha better off as super-sub as well like legendary ole last time.. but instead of welbeck to start like u said.. i rather kagawa supporting behind roo n rvp.. welbeck's too wasteful for me..
ofcourse mate..kagawa is way ahead..but i think he got injured,ryt..so at times welbeck is good choice for me than chicha.. but i wud love chicha to do beter wen ever he coming on pitch as he's my fav. player in united..
So pleased with Anderson :)
I didn't watch the match, but Anderson looked like he played very well. I'm so happy for his progress.
