dont need ronaldo
nice
rooney gets all the credit for the goals but special mention must be made of nani's efforts. he really did surprise me. he's gonna mute all his detractors if he keeps playing like this.... or maybe even better
Good to see Nani's finally stepping his game up
i agree, Nani played quite well this game, but Rooney was just Brilliant
BEAUTIFUL piece of football at the end of first half, finish was lacking with owen but whatever BRAVO!
nani and rooney this whole game was based around them. Reminded me a bit of Ronaldo and rooney. Rooney used to set up but now he scores them all.
i think nani has finally learnt how to cross!!!!! thank the lord!!!!!
lol.... praise jehovah almighty
First Half...

Second Half Classic Man United Brilliance.

Whether you like Nani or not you have to admit he a wonderfully skillful player.
gg balls
man i sure with mr. owen could score a goal...his off the ball movement and distributing is very good and productive but he gets a shot.....well you know the end of that story. Too many opportunities not to score one, I'd like to see him with england this summer but thats not gonna cut it
Rooney's second goal was a freaking cannon shot. His fourth one was just plain sick. How in the hell did he pull that last one off?
probably a penalty on that high kick but united would have won anyways unless ferdinand somehow got a red, rooney is the man united attack though if he gets hurt they are in trouble and so is england
Damn Rooney is good this game, he was finishing great. props.
Great game for united. Props to Rooney for an oustanding four goal performance.

As big a critic as I have been for Nani, I give him props for an outstanding game. Hopefuly he continues to play at this level.

For those who have concerns with the second goal, as I have perviously stated, the official cannot stop the game for injury unless it is to the head. Also, Nani recieved that "clearance" 24-25 yards out, in my book United are still on the attack.

*edit* Also, owen played well shame he didn't get one. From what I saw, Berba was fine when he came on, good flick.
i really like nani...i think that nani is the only person that can replace cristiano...antonio valencia is good but nani is better =)
I disagree, Valencia is much more consistant, one of the most consistant players for United, Nani's good, had a great game, Valencia has just played better.
Nobody will or can replace ronaldo, i think its more a case nani emerging from ronaldos shadow.
