boring boring match but good thing is we won. i was shaking in my pantyhose after nani scored till when the ref blew the final whistle, hoping we didn't concede any silly goal(s). good to see our defense (esp. the fullbacks) being so dogged. i just hope rooney gets his old form back & we go on to challenge chelsea for the league title.

i gotta say its a boring match. but good to see the solid performances of man utd players. rafael looked solid both attacking and defending, he needs to get more chances to give him experiences. evra looked fit and ready to rock again, i hope. park didnt look comfortable in wide position, should hv given him more central role to get more of him. i used to say that nani's decision making is poor, but today he showed his improvement in those area, and he is more of team player than ronaldo. united needs to play like a team coz a dependency on one player will be risky. and i think nani fits well with it. obertan looked good and my god, he is unbelievably stronger than he looks like. with rooney's saga is now over, i just hope that united will look stronger from now

well played stunt by rooney & sir alex, they both needed publicity stunt, rooney because his privet life news were all over rooneys affir & now nobody even remembers & sir alex because he needs money which his aint getting it from gill, he didnt get any money from ronaldo profit & he didnt sign any star player long time so he needed to do something about it so at the end all ends the way both wanted.

actually, the utd fan was right. Rooney had a contract until 2012, so he signed a 3 year extension.
