mancini no doubt wanted to lose this game and get kicked out of the league cup
their focus has to be champions league and epl this year
city's a one-season wonder? great job villa! won't be surprised if barry celebrated that goal with villa players lol.

Not the same city who won the EPL last season.
Not sure if that was a penalty for Sinclair, pretty tight, but City's defending wasn't up to their normal level. Kolo had a crummy match
Barry still love Villa..

Agbonlahor tearing City apart. Never expected that to happen but credit to Villa they played very well.
could be a blessing in disguise for city. dont have to be sidetracked by this pointless tournament

no tournament is pointless you fool !

It is not pointless, but it is the lowest priority. For clubs playing in Champions League or Europa, this tournament is just draining the team's stamina, should either end it early or play some reserve players. It damaged City's pride, but considering what's ahead, it is not so bad for City.
it is pointless. no one remembers who wins it, most teams play their reserves , attendance to the games are lower than anything else. it is just their to give the payers not in the starting 11 a chance for some game time
^ Implying some team?
you say it's pointless, then you explain a point to it...btw, if I can remember who's won the last five years, anyone can.
I wouldn't say pointless. It still adds a trophy to your team's collection even if it is a small prize.
of course the arsenal fan wouldn't think its pointless
