i mean Kompany didnt have his legs off the ground when he made contact with the ball and was there an exessive malice in that tackle? or is it because his studs where showing at the moment of the tackle?
in my opinion, there is a little to much ambiguity in this subject and i think the tackle was f*****g awesome.
it's only stated that excessive force or endangering an opponent warrants a red card. So did kompany go in too hard or endanger his opponent?

Man United came out into the second half with a game plan of slowing the game down, keeping possession and waiting for City to make a mistake.
How many times do you normally see Rooney come out of position to get the ball up the field? Did he do this in the second half? No he stayed in position. Even bringing on Scholes to slow the game down and dicate the play. He made what 78 passes in 35minutes with I think something like 98.2% accuracy.
Kompanys red was justified, go learn the rules of the game if you think otherwise.
Utd are nothing more than a manipulative team that play with 12 men.
Of all the ridiculous points you've made, I'm only going to point out one. How on earth are Man Utd manipulative? That doesn't make any sense. Football is a sport. There is no other way to win other than scoring more goals than the opposition. So unless humans can influence an inanimate object like the ball to go into the net, you are full of crap.
