sneijder forlan will sub with torres and villa

xavi xabi alonso

bale d alves
vidic puyol
casillas
MVP are at it again..
Barca just love winning! >_
WOW. pedro's goal is the kind that makes you sit up , say what the f&^% and rewind to watch it again and again and again. messi was his usual indomitable self but i was a bit dissapointed with mallorca's defense strategy. i mean , at the end of the first half messi has proven that your offside trap isn't working that well , why would you try it again with villa and leave your keeper helpless?
Messi,Villa,Pedro they done it again, i just hope they won't be in form when we meet huuh
haha what up with all the all star teams from you guys?
expressing some fantasies...lol!
And speaking of which, what would be your best 11?

Villa__________Eto'o
...............Messi

Iniesta________Xavi
...............Busquets

Bale__Abidal__Puyol__Alves.

...............Casillas...............

That really would be my favorit team!
no goalie!? they must be good XD
haha...lol.
I've Edited.

- Casillas would be the best choice coz he's simply the world best keeper at the moment (actually for quite some time now).

- Abidal has proven to be an excellent CB. Very strong, good pace, good lecture of the game, fast and very experienced (and it's a huge surprise considering he hasn't played much as a CB).
No Pique tho i wished i could bump him somewhere there!

- Bale, well, he has an amazing pace, good with passes (crosses), strong and more importantly, young!

- Eto'o. It's no surprise considering how magnificent he's been with most of the players on my list.
MY top players of 2010:
1. Messi (despite a poor world cup)
2. Villa (Spain's best player at the world cup)
3. Lucio
4. Lampard (22 League goals and 17 assists)
5. Cristiano Ronaldo
6. Xavi
7. Forlan
8. Iniesta
9. Tevez
10. Sneijder

I know people aren't going to agree with it but I couldn't care less. Football is about using your brain, not thinking someone is the best player because he's on the cover of MATCH magazine every other week.

I'm more than happy for you to criticise my list as long as it's with logic and not just 'yo mayte dat is like a well bad list innit. u such a idiot!'
+2
You should have included at least one gk. They influence the game more than we think and they're not permitted to make mistakes.

Edit: Just wanted to add that I do not want to influence your choice but I'm just suggesting. No need to yell at me if you disagree lol.
I would have included a goalkeeper but I don't think any of the keepers from the EPL are good enough to be in the top 10. I was considering putting Casillas in but he had a really poor run of form (by his standards) last season. I agree though, it's the least enviable job out of all the positions.
That was sick match. This season is for Barca!
I really hope they beat Arsenal next week.
my top ten list in 2011.
1. ozil (more than messi)
2. messi ( better than ronaldo)
3. xavi
4. anelka.
5. iniiesta
6. pedro
7. meireles
8. berbatov
9. villa.
10.j.hernandez(chicha)
Ozil lolololol
don't get me wrong, he is a great signing and everything but to say he's been the best the past 2 months is a joke xD
+2
ha ha ha
anelka? really? there are perhaps a dozen strikers in the epl alone with better stats than him.. I'm not insisting that it's all about stats, but come on..
and meireles lol? hes had like 2 good games

and no nasri hes been premier league player of the season so far.
Fernando Torres i can see you warming the bench for Spain.
WTH Fernando Torres is a great player even though He didnt score yet for Chelsea, once he gets it going Chelsea wont lose any more.
torres wil b the next shevchenko
No he wont
+4
kunte u idiot, spain wont left torres who scored the winning gol for them in european cup,u ignorance, hes not doing so well in the world cup cos hes not playing most of the time due to injuries,n that thnks to pool who kept using him even if hes injured cos they got no other striker...IGnorancee
Nah not ignorant and you the idiot. Cause Torres has been playing badly for about a year now. Also, there are people playing waaay better than him right now so why put him. He used to be a force to be reckoned with now he is just lacklustre. So Mr. I know it all dont spain have LLoriente, Pedro, Villa , torres will definitely be a bench warmer and if you dont know that you are the idiot.
+1
I would rather have all the players you mentioned and even Soldado on Spain than Torres right now. People are in denial because they don't know if he's gonna return to form or not. Not saying he won't, but he hasn't yet.
Agreed
watch this spce, spain will use torres in the next tournament whether u like or not..he will strt scoring again n look at his movement hes attracting defenders to him n tht left some space to others to attck even hes not scoring his presence is so vital to spain..belive me this spanish coach is the one who introduce el nino to the la roja so he will not left him.
Goddamn, what a goal by messi. Kind of like it better than Pedros goal. A small player like that controlling the ball in the air in the opponents box. Is this guy even human?
ahh the commentator from World Cup, i remember always for Germany games
my top 10
1- messi
2- xavi
3- iniesta
4- pato
5- villa
6- c. ronaldo
7- pedro
8- nani/ rooney
9- dani alves
10- di maria

what u guys think?
wheres steven gerrard, frank lampard, ehh???

I love Barca, but your list is so biased and your selections make no sense at all. BTW its impossible to make a top ten based on just playing ability.

1. Messi (by a hair)
2. C. Ronaldo
3. Xavi
4. Robben (he's been ridiculous as of late)
5. Iniesta
6. Fabregas
7. Sneijder
8. Rooney (starting to look like himself again)
9. Gerrard
10. David Villa
11. Di Natale
12. Lampard

Raul Meireles has been fantastic too, but I'm not convinvced he'll maintain his form.
+1
Forgot Drogba, but he hasn't been himself of late anyways.
wad about alexis sanchez?
hahahahahaha I see personal bias is at full swing in these lists and suggestions
+1
I didn't think my list was biased at all.. Xavi, Messi, and Iniesta were all front-runners for the Ballon D'Or so they at least deserve the top 5. Instead of criticizing what would you change?

@Higuain.. I thought about including him after watching him and Di Natale dismantle Palmero and his play all year long but I tried to include players who have been producing for a period of time (Lampard, etc.) more than current form.
Id have Van Persie / Tevez / Mario Gomez instead of Rooney Gerrard and Lampard, for this season anyway
@ W00sh
Why would you have Van Persie ahead of Rooney? I'm not being rude...just wondering...
Rooney has only scored 3 goals less than him in the league this year. However, Rooney is way ahead in assists + he could play in many more positions. And this is his "worst season yet" as he himself said.
Pedro is a brilliant player. Messi is the best player in the world and Villa is the second but Pedro has been rapidly improving over the past 18 months.

What's happened to Mascherano? I always thought he was massively overrated and actually thought someone was joking when I was told he'd been made Argentina captain.
I don't know if I read your comment in the right way but are you suggesting Villa is the second best player in the world ?
Yes, I can guess who you're about to say you think is.
DUDE U SHOULD GET SLAPPED FOR SAYING VILLA IS THE SECOND? WATA MORON! MESSI COULD PROBABLY NOT EVEN BE THE FIRST< AND HERE U ARE SAYING VILLA SHOULD BE SEcond? U SHOULD GO KILL URSELF !
Villa would certainly be in my top 10, but at least Ronaldo, Iniesta, and Xavi would be ahead of him.
It's a matter of opinion I suppose, but Ronaldo would definitely not be in my top 2. And not just because he's an ex United player.
+1
No doubt Messi is number 1. Villa the second I dont think so. And how can Pedro not improve when he is learning from Messi, Villa, Xavi, Iniesta, Dani Alves. I can just keep going. That is one lucky kid.
@Tobiavenger: Were you conceived with a week sperm? You think I should kill myself for having a different opinion than you? Who would be the best player in the world then? Take caps lock off, gently remove your tampon and think before you write. Oh, and don't carry on your gene pool.

@Qamber: Agreed as far as Pedro is concerned, he's a very lucky player. Who do you think is the second best? I just think Villa has everything and was Spain's most important player at the World Cup. Xavi and Iniesta support each other and work on the same wavelength, whereas Villa is the focal point of attack, can pick a pass, has brilliant technique, works for the ball, is deadly from set pieces and can score with any part of his body. In my mind he's the most complete striker for years.
hahahahaha I agree he shouldn't carry on his gene pool xD

can anyone tell me what the ">3" badge is for on the left sleeve of the barca jerseys?
