I think benzema is a fair weather striker.Very inconsistent,too injury prone as well.wE SHOULD HOLD ON TO HIGUAIN,AND PAIR HIM UP WITH HAMSIK OR MY BOY CALLEJON.

I don't think we need either Benz or Higuain more - but if I had to choose it would be the Frenchman that takes the pie.

MisterBloom is right, benz might of had a rocky start with Madrid but I would pick him of higs anyday. Not to say that higs is bad, he's amazing I just get get this feeling like he is trying to hard to prove himself comming back from injury and benz has gone from the cat to the lion!

I just love how right when certain RM "supporters" were all doubting his ability form/etc. He makes an awesome comeback in this game with the amazing 360 back heel flick for benz. Also the amazing 70meter pass to benz. Plus his amazing corner kicks what almost always end up as a goal.

I just think, he an absolute beast.

Ozil, Benzema, Xavi, Di Maria, and Ronaldo make up our most lethal strike force

It's not a big deal when you're aggressive and can score 10 goals in 10 minutes. Relax. Take it as part of the tactics and philosophy, you'll always give up a goal if you aggressively try to score 3. It's the stronger mentality in the long run.

Benzema's form over the last 12-18 months has been outstanding. Just shows me now why Sir Alex was so keen to sign him. Just been reading this week that CR7 maybe unhappy in Madrid due to the tax laws and the Bernabeu boo-boys. Old Trafford just welcomed back one legend this week. We wouldn't mind another one for sure.

I don't bother watching matches like this live cos I already know what's gonna happen.... and I was right. Even after I heard Granada had equalized, I knew los blancos would deal with them eventually. Can someone please tell me why CR7 freezes up when he plays against FC Barcelona?

@Esso02 so you didn't bother watching the Levante game either? When RM lost 1-0? Or the Barca Espanyol last night? No know will know the outcome, of course, like every big team, they will win more often than not, even 90% of their games as they are high quality but still you have no clue what will happen...

Of course there is always room for a surprise and watching a game is always fun... (that's what football's all about)
But what i think what Esso02 is trying to say is thay such games just don't have any real impact on the Liga's outcome, and we just tend to loose interest for them. I have to agree that the Liga seems repetitive after a while: Real and Barça keep on winning 5,6,7,8-1, and there just isn't a fair fight.
