I'll admit I'm a great admirer of Suarez but I didn't like how he went down for the penalty. It was a penalty and every ref would have give it but the way he flung his arms up was a bit theatrical. I also didn't like how he indicated for a yellow card.

Liverpool deserved to win though.

Suarez is likeable. Any goals by Gerrard, Torres, Suarez, Messi, etc. will be voted because people like those players.

I like this website but week in week out the top 5 goals of the week is miserable. They need to come up with a better system for that.

There's no avoiding it though. And it doesn't help when there's a week with very few quality goals (like this past week).

Decent win for Liverpool. Should be close between themselves and Tottenham for who finishes in the Europa league spot.

Still dont think they are anywhere near mounting a sustained title challenge. Suarez looks like a good signing. Gerrard will obviously return for next season. Kuyt will be Kuyt i.e. Mr reliable. Carroll I still dont think was a good buy

Unless they spend a lot this summer, City, Arsenal, United and Chelsea will once again finish above them enxt season
