Cant wait till the Liv vs United in EPL
the biggest mistake is that you guys didnt buy Stekelenburg. he's still young for a goalie .. enough experience.. much better then de Gea.. i dont know why u didnt buy him.. just as i dont understand why u still havnt bought Sneijder.. its a loss for not only you butt for everybody who loves watching football..
c'mon Fergie Please!
Hey now, I think Stekelenburg is perfect where he is now :D

- Congratulations Liverpool. Deserved win for a good second-half performance. I watched the game. To be honest, I wasn't overly impressed with the level of football as I think both teams have more potential but it was a decent and interesting match.

- I do feel a bit sorry for De Gea. I also think that it hasn't been quite fair; it seemed to me that when he turned up every lame self-declared pundit had to go "oh, he's supposed to be the new VDS, that's a huge responsibility, let's point out and discuss his every mistake" instead of just "he's young and talented, let's see how he will do". He was under too much pressure before he had even put on gloves. On the line, as a shot-stopper, he's really good. Obviously, he needs to improve in the air especially when there are more than about 4 players in the box.

- lol at the votes for Kuyt's goal. I smell popularity contest.
It's only natural that things will hit the wire with a young keeper, on a new scene at a bigger club has alot of pressure especially when Vidic and Ferdinand, (meant to be one of the best defensive combinations in the Prem) are both out.
I know De Gea is young and mistakes will happen but damn that's alot of mistakes even for a young goalkeeper.

Tim Howard only made 1 major mistake whilst he was at united and then he was gone! Look how good he is for Everton now!

I think Fergie is sticking with de Gea only to save face.
No offense but i see Liverpool Drawing against Wolves for the game later.. >.
do you want to walk alone?

Fantastic! Was so happy when heard the score, great for Liverpool beating United! Agger getting a header through traffic and opening up with goal, then Park has a nice finish to even it up and then Kuyt scores with 2 mins left at Anfield! Great placement, great for crowd, kuyt and Carroll both could finished one late, would being nice for Carroll but o well, I glad United's out!
can someone pls tell me why kuyts goal has so many votes for goal of the week

Park's goal was a vast deal more impressive IMHO.
It might help to remember that Reina de-materialized that ball as it sailed into Kuyt's path. What transpired was incredible, not just the goal itself. And it was a quite good finish, especially for Kuyt this season. And he was a sub. And other things lol...

SAF Should've lindegard play instead of de gea..........but i'd love to see loserpool face united when rooney, nani, ashley young, ferdinand, vidic, jones and cleverly are back, with all these injuries we MANUTD played better but didn't win :(

really stupid to say all this when the fact that in the previous past few matches, with all the full team of Man utd, u guys still lose to Kop ain't it .. stop saying with or without full team. this is soccer, injury is unavoidable therefore just accept the defeat and go on with the next game. (even tot is hard). there is still one more game with Man Utd, any s**t can happen. [ cross finger ]. GL HF

de gea is really awful in the air; he hasnt improved at all. also why are players like downing and henderson normally preferred to kuyt? daglish has some fetish for british players
+2
yeah. you can tell he likes that oldschool football... just run and shoot. that's why he likes Adam and Caroll. I was hoping Suarez was going to show him the South American ways...
@Cali86 did you ever see the Liverpool team of the late 80s which Daglish managed. I suggest you look.
That team would've put Barca to the sword,

check out some of these clips, while Kenny used to be manager, and tell me what you think

He has been super solid this season.

SQUIRTLE MACHINE!!
I was watching the game with my ManU's fans friends as we often do at my room. I was so happy so that I threw him my pillow when Kuyt scored. LOL

Good win lads!!

United back's line is in awful condition. All those injuries have left Man U in a rickety state. I dont know why Scholes wasn't subbed in earlier. He has no stamina. Hernandez should of started and welbeck should of played in the hole behind hernadez. O well. De gea could of done more but it was his back line that is ultimately to blame.
scholes started i think, and he played reallllly well and united lost their footing when he was subbed off (correct me if i'm wrong that's what i remember though)

and Welbeck has been outstanding this year and (again not sure) he scored or was instrumental in the utd goal against liverpool last time? or at least had a great game? i'd go with welbeck over chich b/c of his size against our back 4 and he's just as quick
I think they both should have started.
