Realistically, i dont see Liverpool beating Chelsea... at least not with their current form compared to Chelsea's form.

what form?? Chelsea were very poor against moneybags, wolves, aston villa and blackburn. U cant keep playing bad and getting results. Chelsea are a strong team but also very lucky, their luck wil run out sooner rather than later.
