Liverpool showed great spirit to fight back & win from a losing position; but Chelsea will get the goods in the final. Mark my words.

hey, he was right
Finally we can stop discuss whether "We need a new stadium" or " We need to rebuild Anfield".

We've got ourself a new home, it's called WEMBLEY.

Let's have it !!!!!

A fantastic game, giving Wembley Stadium the atmosphere it truly deserves - a Merseyside derby for an FA Cup semi! 2 of the goals were indeed fortuitous but well poached - Jelavic capitalising on the ball pretty much coming to his feet after silly old Carragher kicked it straight at Tim Cahill, and then Distin having a brain fart, and Suarez showing why he is one of the most feared strikers.

Good to see Andy Carroll being unafraid to have a go, and having his efforts rewarded with the matchwinner!

Great game from both sides, now it's only Chelsea that stands between Liverpool and a second bit of silverware! GO YOU MIGHTY REDS!

People need to stop with the price tag seriously. Dalgish paid for developing players. Caroll is only 22. He has a lot of time to improve. And it's not like he's our only striker.

I think the precise problem is: Our form has dropped since our CDM (defensive midfielders) have left us. Xabi alonso and macherano left and it was never the same. We gained a bit of form with Lucas. He got injured, and we stumbled again. Gerrard is more of an attacking midfielder. And charlie adam didn't turn out to be that good.
We have NO decent defensive midfielders. It was only natural we'd concede goals and give away leads this season.
We need a back up for lucas next season. Spearing is too inexperienced and needs time.
Our attacking is SUPER and reliable. Bellamy, suarez, gerrard.

All that's SOLIDLY missing is a defensive midfielder. Hopefully dalgish is more intelligent than me and adds central-defensive-midfielders to the squad. Coz lucas is the ONLY CDM. A bit ridiculous ain't it?

you need mvila!
What are you talking about too inexperienced? Yes, he's young but he plays better on a more consistent basis than Carroll does, and we got Spearing for way less than 35 mil.

I think that when Lucas is back, he is gonna have a hard time finding his way into the team. Every one of the players we bought are for a flop are really starting to step up their games. Downing unlocking his pace, tearing defences apart, Henderson being a bit more creative, being put in defense against Blackburn definitely benefited him. And now Carroll scoring the goals we've all been waiting for. I think next season at Liverpool could be very very good.
carrol is still young? no he is not 22, he's 23 just like walcott older than welbeck. he is a waste of money, what were you thinking! the might cesc fabregas was sold for less than that, u could have got falcao instead for christ sake! it was a crap goal anyway!
lol the 35million pounds do its second wonder in a row, after blackburn, here's caroll came up again.well cant wait whether carroll can do its wonder against chelsea, lol.

Gonna be a great final. Can't wait...

What a game.......Lucky Reina never play..!!!!
I dont know if anyone realised that carrol is only 22! If suarez and carrol can find a common language, it could be a devastating partnership... too bad their mid doenst alway perform well! But with players like downing and kuyt on the wing, there should be some service to carrol!

What on earth was Distan thinking........

What on earth was Carragher thinking........

What a fantastic atmosphere! I expect nothing less though. Some of the best fans in the world live in Liverpool.

it was actually in London
I know. The fans aren't from London though.

Wembley is the loudest when the Shankly boys are in town!
+1
does this justify Carroll's extravagant price tag?
+1
No, but it doesn't change the fact that he's Liverpool's number 9 so get over it.
its a start for him...kind of overdue tho

Eat a dick.

That is super classy of you Janowsc. So United fans can't even ask a simple question on Liverpool matches without getting abused? Stop shaming other Liverpool fans with your retarded actions and ask your mom how she ate a dick. She also told me how she loved it. Very much.
+5
Janowsc's comment was un-necessary.

BUT it is super annoying to have everyone mention the 35m our owners spent every time Carroll is mentioned.

Liverpool fans don't say "good goal but is Anderson REALLY worth 18m?" every time Anderson scores. That would be annoying.

@Farz13 Why does Young keep on diving?
Is he going to be a diver??? ;-p
+2
I wounder if his diving is worth his price tag? :P jk,jk
so @kiranpmody i guess your response to janowsc was less retarded? lol dumbass
