The equalizer was lucky as hell, but from what I've seen I'd say 1-1 is a fair result overall. Could have gone either way I think.

I love seeing Rosicky back at full stamina. That run he made in the 86th minute was gorgeous and he woulda scored if not for a clutch save from reina. I remember the stunners he has scored in the past before the injuries and I expect the same. I imagine we'll see a lot of him this season

Too bad, I wished Liverpool started with a right foot in this season, very unlucky Reina.
After Joe Cole's sent off Liverpool played kinda great, too bad they didn't manage to score the second one. Have to wait a bit to see Torres in form again but I have a good feeling about this season.

Arsenal need a new keeper and another centre half. I would take given or schwarzer over almunia anyday. That being said i think the draw was a fair result.

If you read things from possession i guess you didnt watch the game~ there are only few real chances that Arsenal made~ Arsernal is a good team i cant deny~ but Liverpool had been playing with only 10 men in the second half, and if you did watch the game, there are about 3 minutes Liverpool is playing with 9 men with Aggers out treating his injury~
Dont be bias just because Arsenal is the team you support.

f**k that argument. Arsenal have had majority possession for most the games in the last few seasons but aint won shi*. That argument is getting old. Anyway they didnt dominate the game well enough, they didnt have that many chances, liverpool played better. We played okay. Actually ill say both teams played good, liverpool making the better chances though.

Great sense there SeriousOne, coz if Liverpool was underperforming, i will say it out loud that we played badly~
Arsenal doesnt really look solid in the defence, need to improve in the defence if Arsenal wants to challenge for the title!
Liverpool is still not doing so well in the attack, but the defence today is awesome~!! Reina played a big role in it!!!

I'll analyse for you if you want... even when a team holding 90% possession and couldn't make chances means nothing if opposition can make something out of the 10%... chances, 17 chances and 3 on target, 17.64% shooting accuracy is not too good... stats from here is enough for a team to lose...

as for opposition down to 9 men for so long and couldn't score, cannot blame that, but opposition scoring an own goal at the end equalising the game, isn't that lucky?

Agree with Shiwa, it's like in the world cup Spain v Switzerland. Spain dominated every single stat except scoreline, no use there.

A very dull match from both teams, really unfortunate for joe on his sending off but there should be no complaints on his red card. Liverpool was at full strength Arsenal were not, you would have definetely seen a better game if Arsenal were full strength but a real unfortunate own goal as well from reina.
