Milan's management is really really poor. Not only do they usually have the majority of players over the age of 30, but they get rid of players like Pirlo, T. Silva, Ibrahimovic... instead they get Mexes and Yepes lol.

Any team would have issues if they sold one of the worlds best strikers & one of the worlds best defensive players. Milan's ownership/management need to take some responsibility...which they won't.
