Congratulations Napoli! Great team. The penalty was obvious and the second goal was good counter-attacking. They also have some of the craziest fans...they score one and the rest of the match sounds like World War I. As long as they're peaceful about it, I think that's awesome. If you've ever been to Naples that atmosphere shouldn't surprise you.

Oi Vita Mia!!! Great game.

almost went undefeated
Anyway the Old Lady is back on track!
:(
That elbow in the face was pretty justified, the f*****g napoli player kept coming back at him and slapping his face.

I know ... this is one other screwed up thing that referees do to ruin the game... they let the initial provocative player get away and penalise the responder... and while we are at it, the silly dives when a player is one and one with a goalkeeper whenever he spreads out his arms even if he doesnt go for his feet which is the case more than half the time!

I don't think elbows in the face are justified. Though this one was at least understandable. Ok, give him the red but AT LEAST book the Napoli player. Wouldn't have changed much in that situation, but if it were consequentially done like that, at least it would send the right message to red-provokers.
Cavani is the Grim Reaper
Brilliant Napoli , a well deserved win :)..

Cavani is a Beast !!!!

Hope to see more from Napoli .Congrats to their fans
Pretty sure that was an illegal throw-in that set up of the penalty.

Yawwnnn...

Serie "A" plays boring and predictable football.

UEFA should reserve top 2 champions league spot for Serie A.

Top players have left for better leagues already.

=)

hahaha you're a barca fan and you talk about boring and predictable football? damned hypocrite.
+6
Boring & predictable? Did u mean "pass-pass-pass-pass all night long and pass to Messi and let him do all the rest" style of football?
+4
noir853 your team could only dream of playing like that...if u could have the opportunity of meeting them..they will tell u they wish they could play pass pass and have a player like messi to finish the job...
spanish football and italian football total different kettles of fish
ur ignorance is shocking
ac have been playin some of the most explosive attacking football in europe and im an inter fan
napoli r the kings of europe when it comes to couner attack
juventus unbeaten no easy feet ppl like vucinic have been epic
imuch rather watch real than barca any day ur predictable and messi wydnt b half the player with out xavi and iniesta
shutup u sill little catalan idiot and hav some respect for the gladiators of europe
@barcachick. Yeah u right i would not dream for my team to play boring football like that. I rather have in our own way

guess what? Even without someone like Messi we are the ITALIAN CHAMPIONS & Invincible along the way. Heck we don't have any top scorer in top 10 cappocanoniere this season..

but...Can u imagine ur team without Messi this season? U would be playing in europa league in 12/13.LOL
what a bandwagoon "fan", idiots like should be allowed to talk , you are a BARCA fan lol and you were open a footy account 2 days ago , next year youll be a man city "fan"

Well.

The fact that Inter lost to Marseille.
Ac Milan were outclassed by Barca.
Napoli were knocked out by Chelsea (6th in EPL)

This shows how weak the Serie A clubs are.

Juventus went unbeaten the whole season because other serie A clubs are rubbish.

Simple !

ahahaha listen to that.... with outclassed you mean u cheated to beat ac milan, and with napoli knocked out by chelsea you mean they lasted longer than you did against them?

Juventus Barcelona would probably be a lovely game to watch.

^ aren't there other ways to put down a bandwagoner than the lame, old, Pavlovian "u cheated"?

Here's mine:

Why, oh why, do we have fans like that? 10barcelona stop f#cking trolling the forums of a good Serie A (Italian cup to be precise) match.

"Napoli were knocked out by Chelsea"; yeah, I know other teams that were knocked out by Chelsea. At least make some gawdamn sense.

I mean it.

Pball19(Chelsea)-----10barcelona is an troll, and you are worse then him, chelsea fan says our football boring?????? you must be clown, nothing else.
+3
trolling at its best, its a shame we have fans like you mate, you are either 15 or a hater in disguise

+2
Not to feed the fire. But Barcelona is pretty predictable. Look how we beat you guys. We defended and you guys couldn't adapt and adjust which is why you lost. Not saying predictable football is bad. Just saying it isn't always a good thing.
^ Don't worry, that's a reasonable comment; fire-feeding on this board usually relates to Grand Conspiracies and other kindergarten stuff. So lemme answer:

Yes, overall we were too predictable, but you will have to admit that if we had taken our chances half as well as Chelsea, that would have had enormous influence on the tie. What this says about either team is another issue, I'm just saying our style still allowed for some moments of unpredictability (the through ball from Iniesta to Sánchez early on at Stamford Bridge or the build-up to the chance Fàbregas screwed up) which could have been enough to win the tie, or at least force Chelsea to employ a different style. So in my opinion it comes down to sucky finishing on our part in the end as much as to predictable football, if not more.

There are a lot 12 year-old clowns on this site.
fans like you that make others look bad .clueless little boy
napoli leaving no doubt!
