That was a good game plan for ivory coast. These ivory coast players including kalou need to understand if they depend only on drogba's scoring abilities they will lose the world cup big time....African cup should be "prepping" ivory coast for the big one, world cup.

In a group with 3 teams, this game was critical for Ivory Coast- it was supposed to be the obvious 3 points but they wasted too many chances- not sure why Kone was deployed in the center instead of Drogba.....guarantee he puts away at least one of those chances!

Ivory Coast just had one of those days. they had alot of chances but lacked the finish...I still figure that despite their mild start, they are more than capable of taking the CAF this time around, we'll just have to wait and see.
