I'm from Brazil, his name is Galvão Bueno and everybody hates him.

He's very famous but also very annoying and make a lot of comment pretending that he knows something.

There's a lot of videos on youtube showing all his mistakes and shitty comment, but I think they are all in Portuguese.
There's also a video that the people on the stadium start singing "Ei, Galvão, vai tomar no c#!" which means " Hey, Galvão, go f*** yourself!".
