I have got to give it up to Inter. That was a phenomenal comeback and proves my point that Tottenham is still a mediocre club. They're good, but they are not consistent in putting in great performances. I think they may need a deeper squad. Hopefully they can keep their star players. The BPL is a lot more exciting with all these rising clubs unlike La LIga.
Holy s**t. AVB is an idiot
Thank you man

There are people here who dont know the difference between a coach and an assistant. AVB thinks he is a coach but all his professional career been an assistant to Mourinho.
Woah! We were lucky. A combination of starting Gallas and not having Bale makes us very vulnerable at the moment. I think when we get Kaboul back I'll start going along with this high backline strategy AVB plays but if you have slow, error prone CB's then you're just asking for trouble.

Lets not forget though, it was Inter Milan. No walk in the park
What a game! We did well and as a Spurs fan, I'm glad to see we did pretty well without Bale and Lennon despite the struggle. Inter played like well Inter at Home but we truely deserved to get through. COYS
Another pointer from this game- André Villas-Boas is according to me the most idiotic coach in football history. So, now everyone knows he has no plan in place apart from Bale; what was his strategy?? And the nerve to claim - "André Promises Tottenham will show Internazionale no mercy"

If Tottenham would have lost this game- trust me you would never see his face in football. Can anyone explain his credibility, where the heck he showed up from and how is he in EPL. I guess that's another stupidity in England you look at their teams, you do not see many English coaches, and at times they get thrown off to lower division. In Italian, German, Spanish leagues you see a lot of local coaches in the top teams.
go to bed kid.you drunk too much..
haha ac milan you got trashed the same way and dont start with"barca is a far better team mimimi.you had a 2:0 advantage and still lost like little pussies
Read my post and then read yours. And seriously ask yourself

Two paragraphs- complete with proper English, grammar, logic to base my theory, everything in line.

Then one line written like a drunk person with the words go to bed kid you are drunk. Ummm let me correct and say it in the proper way so everyone can understand-

4ever- maybe you meant to say-

I read your post but cannot understand anything as I am drunk. It's time for bed so I will go to sleep.

you are so stupid, your theories, logic and what ever based on just one game and you analyzed that avb is an idiotic coach. Lol. i have read many of your post, either your stupid or your pretending to be,Avb had already won europa cup with porto. And as a regular watcher of Epl i can easily say that tottenham is technically much better team than before,it only a matter of time they are going to challenge epl title.I also agreed that was such a horrendous show from tottenham, may be the first worst match under avb but that doesnt make your sense is right.

@ Lorcstar

Now you have to be drunk. "...barca is a far better team..." come-on are you serious, you are really comparing this game with Milan Barca. Two giants against a game that should have been off the radar. The whole English media were praising Bale and Tottenham to be the only English team to show their worth in Europe. Next thing you know 4-1, seriously did you just start to watch European games today or probably just after Messi and Ronaldo showed up. Take it back man please don't disrespect yourself.

I know you can type up anything with these stupid gadgets but not everything you write is worth reading. So next time please please read and then post. I do that and it really helps out. Now will send you a copy of what i think happened as for Real and Barca. Hope you read it
@ 4ever

Now thats better some stuff that i can read. First, AVB is enjoying the hard-work done by Harry Radnapp; now without bale you can clearly see he has no plan; no understanding of how to read the opponent. You seriously are going to say stuff like a kid "show no mercy" who do you think you are, I wish the ball that hit the post in this game hit AVB in the head and then he will get his sense back.

Does he know how much experience Inter has in this big games; Tottenham looked like Fulham from couple of seasons ago.
go inter
woah what a game!
does anyone else think vertonghen and AVB are lookalikes?
AVB and Mata lol :)
First AC & now Tottenham. Teams blowing massive leads

Tottenham are a CB (replace Gallas) + 2 attacking players (Ada has no business starting anymore) away from surpassing Chelsea

I think inter forgot to tell their fans that there was a match yesterday. LOOK AT ALL THE EMPTY SEATS!!!

What a crazy match to watch.

Finally, we can vote "RUBBISH" for Tottenham and not be lying :D
I feel sorry for forwards like Palacio, Tevez, Milito, and Pastore who are not getting playing time for Argentina, with Aguero, Higuain and Messi and Messi and Messi (that was on purpose) in the front.
* Lately
Pastore is a forward? News to me
how about partnership between tevez and cassano at inter, would been deadly.

MementoMori, Im sorry " attacking midfielder", but you know what I meant.

This was a good opportunity for Spurs to show that they are not a 1 man team. It's only one game, but wow!
UEFA won't act upon this because they only seem to fine and ban English clubs in Europe. It just sickens me to think that racism still persists in this day and age. It also seems to be the same culprits, Italy, Spain, and in eastern Europe. UEFA need to educate these idiots that we won't accept this kind of behaviour in football or any other walk of life.

Tbf, it's happened a lot in English football too. John Terry alone accounts for half of it! But there's also been abuse aimed at Sturridge from Chelsea fans

The worst is Russia. Can't believe Hulk went there.

I believe the away gol rule should not count once the match goes into extra time, kind of ruins the game.. Tottenham hung on, they were dangerous on attack and deserved at least a goal, which they got. Inter superb, just not enough. Palacio still looking dangerous just like his days in Boca.
