Raul and Giggs are what I'd call the perfect footballer on and off the field. Fantastic ambassadors for the game and unrivaled ability, not even players like Messi and Ronaldo will be as consistantly brilliant throughout their career even when changing positions and style of play completely.

madrids greatest modern player by a very long distance...will be remembered at the bernabeau as spains greatest striker, madrids greatest captain, and the worlds most commited footballer. Villa may overtake his record at spain, and messi may at one point score la liga goals, but no one scored quite like raul.

though the views that different people have of real madrid vary as wide as any ever could, the views of the player that has embodied the club seems to be universal. he is the perfect role model for young footballers, and in my oppinion, a true legend of the game. kudos to you, and may you continue to impress in your storied career.
