Well, I will never understand why from ALL THE PLAYERS IN THE WORLD, Ronaldo is the one that CANNOT celebrate because he makes everyone mad for some reason.

he SCORED a goal its OK to celebrate Really!!! in whatever fashion he wants! As long as he's not giving the finger to people or anything he is JUST CELEBRATING! are you people realizing what you're saying?

Why is he moving his hand? why is he smiling? Why does he smile when he scores? Why is he running so fast to a teammate while celebrating!

watch which defense concedes the goals it's always when both pepe and carvalho are out, watch barca also when puyol and pique are out that barca also concede a goal here and there. I've realised in reading a few comments in the news that alot of players are being compared to ronaldo(cr7) y is that. it's being said these players can be as good as cr7 y not be as good as messi afterall he's the current player of the yr and fans are always saying he's the best head and shoulders above cr7 but the players and coaches are comparing these up and coming players to cr7 y again is that isn't messi the best according to the masses. makes one wonder doesn't it. oh by the way i also read he (cr7) was voted the player of the season so far in la liga, wait a minute doesn't messi also play in la liga for the mighty barcelona maybe he was injured for 10wks like cr7 was last season.

Both are great player but if you really think about it Cr7 is the better player. Messi is as good as his team is, remember Argentina's World Cup? even though he played good he couldn't duplicate his Barcelona form, mainly because he didn't have Xavi and Iniesta. Also he plays so good because he has been playing the same attacking passing football since he was 13 and he has played with the same team for about 4 or 5 years now, while cr7 has not had the same team for 3 seasons. If for some reason messi ever decided to leave barcelona he would not be as good as he is now. Now in my opinion cr7 is the better player because he can adapt to any type of team. throw him in to any team and he will find a way to score, he can pass (when he wants too lol), dribble and has a great shoot. Any team would welcome him, cr7 doesnt need an attractive passing football to make his magic happen. Also people are followers, dont trust the "masses" as who is the best in the world. Messi is a great player, but a little over hyped in my opinion.

CR7...pace,dribble, physical strength,heading, playmaking, long-range shots (Porto lol), free-kicks and and an awesome finish

but messi is better than ronaldo at dribbling, and miles ahead of him with playmaking and vision. his finish is about as good or maybe better. ronaldo's strength is clearly superior, but have you ever seen messi powered off a ball? his quickness and dribbling renders the strength of the defender almost useless. If you remember his magical goal against I think it was Zaragoza, he steals the ball, shows strength in retaining it, and then runs by 2 or 3 defenders.

For this reason, I think that Messi and Ronaldo are equally good. Messi gets my vote for being a generally better guy though

Messi is better, Ronaldo's only better in freekicks and hes stronger, and well, better in long shots because of is shot power, but anywhere inside 20 yards, Messi's finishing is just superb, last season he scored so many goals that went perfectly in the bottom corner. Ronaldo is the faster player if he has got his time to accelerate but Messi's agility and acceleration just helps so much that yeah, the defenders' strength doesnt really help and his dribbling and ball control is just so entertaining and thrilling to watch. I could almost say half of Ronaldo's goals are from penalties or then tap-ins from 5 yards. Check all of his last season goals if you want to see.

Is all nice to see the Blancos scoring...but I do not like the fact that we are also conceding few goals too.
Hope Mourinho finds a way to improve the defense.
