hahahahahah u man
I have been watching football for 15 years now - I don't really care to compare Messi to the greats but I must say that I have never watched any player deliver as consistently as Messi. I watch every game of Messi's and I have very very rarely seen a poor game from him in the past two-three years. I can count on my fingers how many poor games he has had.

And, those dribbles... let's just say I wouldn't mind watching him play every day of the week for the rest of my life. I consider myself incredibly lucky to see Federer, Messi, and Tendulkar play my three favourite sports in my life time - an absolute privilege.
messi amazing . go tottenham
+1
ronaldo is nothing infront of messi
Very untrue
+2
messi is gretest player in the world
maybe...
nahh, he's the best. We could definitely argue about how close a second Ronaldo is, or iniesta, etc... but Messi def has got first place locked in
that would be cool if soccer had an all-star game at the end of the season, where the best in epl plays the best in la liga
+1
dont forget there are some worldclass players in bundesliga, serie a and ligue 1 too. i would prefer a match between europe-allstars and southamerican-allstars.

ronaldo is soooo muchh better than messi.
lol id love to start s**t.

I like Ronaldo more as well, but lets be realistic... its almost impossible to descide which one is truely better.
Messi is un believable, I mean he gets goals like nothing, I mean ya some are penalty's but atleast he still finishes them, and like example of how good he is with the ball, the hatrick goal he got, he scores so many like them, he receives the ball, dribbles, doesn't force the shot, waits till goalie is out and then its in the back of the net, he is so good
Ill agree with you that hes a superb goal scorer, but he honestly doesnt have a very good record from the penalty mark haha
How ironic that Messi's 200th goal is a boring old penalty
No its not and why would you say boring?? that was BEAUTIFULLY taken. Did you look at the goalie? Comon man, you DON'T have to like Messi but you CAN'T hate him.
+1
Lee333 you clearly have no idea what the word ironic means...
I wonder what the goalkeeper was thinking... "Even if I just nudge towards the right side I'll have done more than most keepers against Messi" "Yeah, that went well" "Only 4 goals, right-on"
No guys I was just saying Messi's penalty was boring compared to the rest of his amazing open-play goals.
@dibzz its hard to call a penalty beautiful, lets not exxagerate tooooo much.
202 !
what a through ball by Pique, the best defender in the world !
Do i need to say anything about Messi ?
Mate, it seems like some Barca fans really getting a phobia about being best in all and having best players on all positions.

Barca was the strongest team for the last 3 years, indeed. But it wasn't the case just 3 years ago.

Those things come and go.
You are absolutely right, so please...let us enjoy it, while it lasts...
@vapourtrailer Granted:)
We will see at the end of his career if Messi is the best player of all time. I think he will be. It is hard to compare Pele, Cruyff, Maradona, Garrincha, Eusebio, Puskas, Messi cuz they played in different times. But I do think that achieving what Messi does is harder now than before. That is what I think he will be. He needs some good argentine defenders though, or he'll never win a WC.
+1
Why do you think it is harder now?

Messi has played in a league in that is very top heavy. Only RM can even hope to beat them for the most part. If the league was more even, I could say that maybe it is harder but I for the most part, Barca games are walks in the park.

Pele played in a time when people would try to hurt him in every match. It was much more difficult back then, because the game was more physical.
+2
Buddy Barca have beat the top teams in Europe including united and Real Madrid, and there are some tough teams in the spanish league, oh yeah and they destroyed Arsenal on a couple of occasions, and do you know what all of these win had in common, messi caused the most destruction. And I've noticed your argument is pele got kicked and hurt in every game, bla bla bla, I've seen games where messi has been sandwiched by 3 or 4 players, he gets fouled more than any other player in football, but ye know what, he dosen't make a big deal, or draw attention to it.
+1
how on earth he scores that many goals so often i'll never know
fabregas is so lame. You can tell how desperate he is to be accepted at barcelona.
+1
actually how well he plays with Barca;) he's already accepted mate =P
+6
You must be lame, seeing the kind of comment that comes out of your keyboard. He was accepted way before he came, you sad ,sad man.

was accepted by barca ages ago considering they have been wanting him back for like 2 years now
lol considering he was born and raised with half these players..with whom he still played with on the national team..i have a hard time believing cesc isn't being accepted~.
Man will always live a hypocritical life...So what, are we waiting for this young man called Messi to die or get injured before we can rain praises on him when at that time it wouldn't matter? Lets give to Caesar what belongs to him. As a true football fan I will admit that C. Ronaldo is a great player but at this present moment my fellow footytubers, Messi rocks (incomparable) and Its my prayer that the Lord will give him more life and health as well as C.Ronaldo and everyone out there.
#for now its all about Messi#

"Lets give Cesar what belongs to him?" Were you at church when you posted this?

Nah brah!!! I just speak the truth at least what I think is the truth.
Why red ?
last man= red card.........
he wasn't the last defender, so no red. one more little "barça" help to add to a very long list

ps: i'm a big fan of barça way to play, but enough is enough, same rules for everybody
jajajajajajajaja
+1
He totally is the last defender! You little lier...watch the video. It's a really clear goal scoring opportunity and last defender, it's a red card. I wish the ref hadn't sent him off but he was on his right to do so. Check your facts pleeease!
+1
the ref was so indecisive.. i think it should've been a yellow card, either way im sick of ppl sayin barca get help and thats how they win.. the highlight right before the penalty barca shouldve gotten a CLEAR penalty and it wasnt given, but im not gonna jump and cry about how the whole world is against us.. grow up.
