Messi will never have the oportunity to perform as Ronaldinho has unless he changes his position to midfielder. Ronaldinho is a holding player which allows him time and occasions to pull off some of the magic that he has. Messi is a runner and a stricker always moving forward and very rarely back tracking. you cannot compare the to. 2 different positions.

messi is the king of todays game no doubt about it, when he scores goals my reaction is "great goal, nice skills, awesome pace, ballon d' or winner". Now when i recall the days when ronnie used to play, when he showcased his skills, no look pass, scored goals my reaction - "how the hell did he do it, OMFG!!, moving my fists while jumping on my couch and pulling my hair". I am and always will be a chelsea and madrid fan but whenever dinho was up against my teams it was joy to watch him play. Dinho is not a legendary footballer like pele, maradona ,ronaldo(brazil) or messi but he is someone more special a magician, a pure genius, a great entertainer who redefined football. He is the only player whose videos brings shivers down my spine.

The most talented player of all time. Better than Messi, Ronaldo, Zidane, Henry, Ronaldo (Brazilian one) Rivaldo, Etoo. I was lucky enough to watch him at his prime. If anyone didn't, I'm sorry but you missed the greatest player of all time.

Their will always be another Zidane, Messi, Ronaldo. But their will NEVER be another Ronaldinho.

dude did you watch the video??? i watched it twice it was so good! best attacker in the history of the game. period. zidane was prob more complete, but nobody beats ronaldinho in terms of pure skill and creativity

you sir, are not even worthy of a response, but i must prove my point. krokodilizm did not even state an argument, i was arguing against the fact that ronaldinho was more than freestyle and futsal, period. i absolutely stayed on topic
