God were Espanyol wasteful. They had brilliant build up play, some unlucky misses but they kept on wasting shots from outside the box. You're never gonna beat Casillas like that. Fair enough, Real Madrid's defence is hard to break down but if you never take chances you'll never score. Amazing goal by Higuain though and Ronaldo looks like team player rather than a lone wolf.

To say Espanyol played rubbish is a bit unfair, i'd say chances were split 50:50, the quality of strikers showed though with the finishing, for both sides.
