I'm constantly bewildered as to how England have always managed to retain top ten status whilst not winning a thing. That goes double for 2008 when they were still ranked something like 6th or 7th despite failing to qualify for the Euros.

(I don't have Flash, etc installed so) I haven't seen the clip but is this somehow more of that 'club coeffienct' crap just because Chelsea won the CL?
