"...after Egeptian soccer-fans threw..." I think she means; hooligans!
this is very shameful behaviour..muslims should be like brothers to one another and such behaviour will disgrace the name of egypt.
whats that suppose to mean, if they were of any other religion are you condoning it?
this is just stupid football should unite people not the opposite!!
Algeria did more than that just search on what Algerian have done for Egyptians... I mean the whole thing is stupid its just a football!!
this is obviously an issue. just not one that FIFA cares about. it doesn't involve an "important" team.
Fifa needs to take action about this. Absolutely appalling. Blatant disregard for players safety and human rights.... And I am sure, this is not just a one way incident, I am sure there is/was drama by Algerian supporters against Egyptians... but still... Clearly the repercussions of such actions are not high enough.

Disgraceful.
this is ridiculous. these fans are a disgrace to the football nation and they are degrading such a wonderful sport. i understand nation pride and im all for supporting your team....but seriously..this is just sad. i agree FIFA should step up and take control of the situation...but ot be honest i think they are too scared. i think almost everyone is too scared of any reprocussions that would result in some sort of disciplinary action to the team or its fans. these egyptian fans are savages enough when they WIN...yet alone if something would prevent them from winnning...but in my opinion, dont punish the team. they didnt do anything wrong. if anything, the team should make a public announcement on al jazeer or whatever terrorist network those people watch thanking the egyptian people for their support but uging them to calm the F**K down! that being said...wednesday should be an interesting game. goodluck to BOTH teams.
Fifa don't have the balls to implement a harsh enough punishment, but i can also understand why they won't. Imagine if they banned egypt from the 2010 world cup. It would be punishing the team and the nation's fans, and it would set a precedent severe enough to discourage fans in future from doing that kind of thing. However, that's the point - it only affects football fans - this kind of thing was racially/culturally motivated, and it wouldn't stop non-football fans in future from doing the same thing. So I don't think it's as easy as banning a country, but then again, what do I know, i'm a mere football fan.
Complete Rubish ! Shame on you Egypt. Idiots.
what were these people thinking!! why the hell would they throw rocks at the bus? thats pathetic. it also destroys the image of the country as a whole.
Throwing huge rocks at a bus is ridiculous. But this was not done by the team it was done by random fans. So why should the TEAM be penalized for actions that they themselves did not take??? If anyone is banned it should be the fans!!!
please we all know this was staged .when you throw rocks from outside the normal thing is you see the shattered glass inside and notoutsie as in this case and slso there was no damages on body of the bus from outside .but we all know now why this was staged ,so lets face the facts here egyptians don't need to do that they're winners by far.
buddy what a joke there were holes in the bus it shows it in the clip at 9 seconds nice try though
Staged... really? Don't be ridiculous.
Ninash..your telling all of us that the blood coming from the Algerian soccer players forehead is staged..man you have better think again. This violent act will seriously affect Egypt with future soccer games being held at Egypt.Shame.
what a bunch of idiots imagine if a guy had lost his eye because of that. He could lose his whole career because some illiterate guy with a rock thinks its a good idea to throw it at him cause thats all he has in life
don't worry about it, at the end of the day Algeria made it to the world cup so the Egyptians can throw rocks at one another all day long because they're not going to South Africa!
FINES ARE ALWAYS THE SOLUTION! hence why Bosnia has so much money to spend :) We get fined every other week
This is unacceptable.
100% agreed!
