Gervinho! Gervinho! Gervinho!!!

are you FU**ING KIDDING ME?!!!!!!
+1
gervinho missed so many chances.
kompany's effort was awesome :p
overall it's a very entertaining match, cheers
c'mon gervinho
i hate the highlights that have the score perma-posted in the top left corner.
+1
I almost died with Kompanys bicycle kick and Agueros miss, I mean Jesus how close can you get!! Good game overall.
Arsenal needs a finisher, they should buy G.Rossi from Villareal. He could click on with Cazorla.
+1
It seems that Podolski and Santi are clicking just fine and it would be good to give OG time before he is written off. Look at Cesc, scored goals for Barca early out and look at him now! kinda wasted.
+3
If you believe in Poldi he will give you a miracle.
+2
Arsenal's problems for the past 4-5 yrs have been finishing and defense. Henry was the last good finisher Arsenal had. They play a beautiful game, but it all means nothing if you don't score. Poldoski is being played out of position. It doesn't take a genius to know that once Arsenal gets a legit threat in the middle, complimented by Walcott and Poldoski on the wings, they'll be unstoppable.
+1
@Aerofred2002 agreed. wenger needs to take the "risk" and just buy someone reliable.. i dun get why we had to sell persie but gervinho and giroud are second rate....
Sorry but a performance from Gerv like that only convinces me that he has not got the presence of mind to stay composed and show real genuine quality. Just bad touches, bad shots and wasted opportunities.

Either your lenient, or you call it out. Im calling it out.

Gerv - you scored two goals or something like that already. i think youv got great dribbling great movement. great pace too. But horrendous touch and wayward shot. need some1 more clinical than that. like RVP - OR PODOLSKI lol.
+1
I'm calling you out.

It was one match so lets ease off a bit. We have seen improvement this season, no?

It seem's Wenger is being lenient, innit?

+2
Sure it's one match, but he had multiple chances (some really great, some half chances) and didn't even force a save. That to me is sad. Put the shots on target, for F sake.
I think we need to lay off of Gervs. We were all singing his praises prior to last Sunday. Yes, he was not sharp in front of gal but don't believe for a second that he did not have City defenders worried.

Watch him kill this season.
+3
The loss of RVP really hurt them in this game. Gervinho is NOT the answer at THAT position.
MAAAAAANNN FORGET RVP!!! he has missed easy chances also. Did you see RVP over the weekend?
+4
i think AW should give Giroud a run out against Coventry in the capital one cup so he can get the taste of scoring in England.
+3
No offence to the gunners but Santi is too good for this Arsenal team.
On another note. This is so Aguero... he is always so close yet he doesn't finish as often as a player of his caliber should.
a ha! your a fool son. santi too good? no player can be too good for a team. he is just named as the best player in the team. if he was playing in the chinese league div 2 then yea he'd be too good. but he's playing for one of the best teams in the world. he is what makes arsenal this season, him and all the other players. offence taken.
+11
I didn't say he is too good for Arsenal. I said he is too good for THIS ARSENAL. He is too good for Gervinho, Ramsey, Walcott, Giroud and the likes. I am not saying they are bad (well walcott and ramsey kind of suck...) the guy is just world class, he is at a whole-nother level you know what I mean. Next transfer window you guys got to get him some talent he can play with up front. otherwise, they way he is playing he will be gone in no time...
worry about your now s**t AC milan.
+9
Walcott n Ramsey kinda suck. What kinda statement is that. SMH with these damn AC MILAN FANS!
+4
maybe we should buy pato. heard his team is shite
+8
Seriously! are you always this stupid or you tryn to make the best out of it?? a club with a players like Wilsher, OX, Podi, Ver5, Arteta etc is not good enough for him, hmmmmm let me see, who you got in ur team, Silva and Zlatan, oh wait a min they left ur azz for PSG.
+5
why you guys so mad. You are actually doing pretty good this season for a change. All I'm saying is other than Arteta the rest of the team can barely keep up with Cazorla. You all got to improve that's all... "Podi" is doing better than I thought ... I always thought he was a bit overrated...
+2
Poldi was voted the best young player of the 2006 World Cup. Look at what he has consistently done upfront with Miroslav Klose since then. He is not overrated. While I'm not trying to step on your head while you're drowning, I have to hand it to ya, you're making it difficult not to.

This isn't about AC Milan vs Arsenal (even though there's probably still some bad blood since last years Champions League). It's about your statement that Santi is "too good."

While I appreciate your praise of one of our players it does not give you license to be unapologetic about s**t*ing on the rest. That is "why you guys so mad" obviously.

Only time will tell if you are merely bandwagoning, losing your credibility, or predicting the future.
Until then, try not to piss anyone off.

Correction @BBoy911
Silva, Zlatan + that guy on your profile play for PSG
So Gervs won player of the year in the French League and Hazard said he was the best player he had played with. Young Ramsey is Captain of his national team and was one of the best young players in the PL until idiot Shawcross almost crippled him and if Sunday is anything to go by he is on his way to being something special, not surprising for those who watched him prior to his injury. As far as Walcott, he always have a way of showing up on he big stage and he will only improve. The irony is Santi himself said he rates the young man.

I am not sure how you, Cali, can judge how good OG will be all ready.

Are you just on some silly wind up?
+1
The fact you ever thought Podolski is overrated says a great deal about your football knowledge. Ramsey and Jenkinson were amazing on Sunday and quite easily 'kept up' with Cazorla.
+1
guys an idiot enough said, go gunners!
+1
Quite the response Arsenal fans, it wasn't even that harsh of an insult, and sure he was out of line, but the amount of shite he got from it was quite unreasonable. I always had the impression Arsenal fans were respectable individuals, you know? Just a bit shocking is all.
+1
hey u can shut up too

Really disappointing from Gervinho this game. Not only did he not score, he didn't even come close on an excellent chance and another decent one.

I think Giroud should get more time. He's a proven finisher in the french league, which I realize is not the EPL, but he was joint top-scorer unless I'm mistaken, and that's nothing to sneeze at. Finding one's feet in the EPL almost always takes a little time, and it's especially hard for strikers. Give him time, give him some decent opportunities and he will come good for Arsenal, I can feel it.

A consistent striker seems to be Arsenal's missing link at the moment and would bring Arsenal to the next level. That they are disappointed to tie at the Etihad is testament to that fact.
Any one knows if PES 2013 on PS2 is out yet and where i can get it? Thanks
PES? really?
+3
dont be a douche
ps2 lmao
Gervinho needs to be benched, I mean forget the chances, HE LOST THE BALL SO MANY TIMES. Why dribble when there was Koscielny at the backpost waiting for a ball to be floated in? HE did that against Southhampton as well its just that he scored 2 goals so nobody really noticed.

Thank lord Aguero didn't go down like that Ecuadorian international from the other side of Manchester...
+2
Gervinho was Arsenal's weakest Link... if half the chances he had fell to other arsenal players, they'd have won this game... He definitely needs to improve his finishing.. its been the case for quite some time now...
not many Arsenal players could get in that position to begin with Gervinho moves so well to get in those positions and his pace causes so much problem to teams
